We have some of the stuff in St. Louis, but getting to stop by the brewery was a real treat. The service was impeccable and the staff gave great recommendations for someone who is more fond of West Coast IPAs. The store folks were accommodating and we left happy. Will return!
Went to a king gizzard themed fan meet up here and it was the shiz nat. They have delicious beers for sure. Super hazy iPa fun. Others are available too.we had a really good time.
Only stopped by for one beer and it was delicious. At $8 for 16 oz of a high quality draft (7.5%abv), this place is highly recommended.
Top notch beers. Some friends introduced us to Hop Butcher a year ago, and now it's one of our stops anytime we visit Chicago. Truly first rate beers, and the staff are great too.
Finally got to visit the taproom after enjoying their beers for years. Great spot in a cool neighborhood. If you like hazy IPAs, there are very few who do them better. Their other beers are also excellent.

Accidentally left a review of another place here so I removed my previous rating, but figured I should leave a real one since they deserve the love. Hop Butcher is definitely the best IPA brewery in the city (don't sleep on their other beers though), and having them in my neighborhood is the best! Their space is great, both indoor and outdoor, the folks are super nice, and - maybe most importantly - they have tasty NA options for people who don't drink but want to have fun with the rest of the gang!
