Very deep selection of beers and beverages, anchored in a Belgian theme. There are lot of on tap unique beers. The food menu is not as lengthy; it’s very well curated and it’s hard to go wrong. The kitchen is open to see, and you can observe how well it’s run. Their signature mussels served with a huge portion of fries is a must have. Very good overall. I do wish that the fries were a bit more carefully prepared to fit with the rest of the menu (they seem to come out undercooked and less-crispy often).

They know their beer and are not shy to talk about it. If beer is as much experience as it is taste and lift, this is a great place to be. If you're lucky, you'll catch an exclusive tasting and be elevated all the more.

The drinks are okay and the food is also middle of the road. Good spot if you want to just hang out and talk with friends or people in general. However both me and my friend got some bug bites on our legs, not sure if it was cause they have the front open or not. But the ER said they were spider bites. This is the only place we were out that week as well.

The best bar/biergarten in the area, perhaps Chicago. Their menu of beers is large. You’re not going to find better selection anywhere else. Also the food is fantastic, a smaller menu where everything is unbelievably tasty.

We walked in on a Sunday afternoon and sat at the bar. Bartender was really helpful and chatted about what beers we normally liked and was able to provide several options. Very cool atmosphere and the beer was amazing.

Great selection of beers on tap. Had door security at 4pm on a Sunday. Strange guy…
Great spot. A casual classic with one of the best beer and cider lists in the city serving some very unique pours (ube cider? yes, please). Plus a back patio that may be one of the city's best hidden retreats for a summer evening.
It's like going to your favorite bar to hang out and eating a really nice meal at the same time.
There are so many great options for an interesting and enjoyable meal.
A classic. One of the best places for Belgian beer in North America.

Best beer place in Chicago 🍻♥️
Upscale and yet bohemian. Really interesting if not large menu. Great aperol spritz. Fun place.
Great beer selection, menu, and staff. This is the best bar I have been to anywhere in the world.
Nice vibe and beer selection. Not so nice staff.
