Recommended by a friend who works in this area and their spicy fried chicken is absolutely top tier! 🌶️🌶️🌶️ I enjoyed the Level 4 so far but perhaps would try Level 5 when I have the time to test how resilient my stomach is.

Y'all are sleeping on their salads!! Fresh greens topped with a phenomenal tender! Plus homemade tortilla stips, roasted corn, and delicious dressing. I'm super picky about the chicken I eat, but this is fantastic!
The cheat day fries are good, but wish they had something better than the orange fake cheese on them.

Ordered the chicken tenders to go. They were soggy with no crisp and one of them was overcooked

Wasted some of our last moments in Chicago riding a bus and walking to this place because they didn’t update their hours

Hot Chi Chicken is the real deal if you’re craving some spicy, crispy goodness. I got the Hot Chi Sando ($12) with medium heat, and it had the perfect crunch with just the right amount of kick. Also tried the waffle fries ($5), which were crispy and well-seasoned. The chicken is juicy, and that house sauce? Fire. Spent about $20 with a drink, and it was totally worth it. Quick service, solid portions, and that Nashville-style heat hits just right. Definitely coming back to try the extra hot next time!

I can't believe that this place isn't the most hyped chicken spot in the US. Food is unbelievable, as someone who has tried dozens of nashville hot chicken sandwiches across the country, can honestly say Hot Chi is the best to date. 9.4/10 stars, and great service from the staff in Chatham & Sterling Food Hall. A++ experience, will be back!

Tooo much sauce !! Everything was soggy could only eat 1/4th of my sandwhich. Glad I tried it though. I don't need seconds.

Spicy chicken sandwich is way too messy. Soggy buns always deduct quality from the sandwich and it doesn’t taste any better than what I can find elsewhere. Tenders are outrageously priced, as well.
