Absolutely amazing hubby giving blood and I stumbled in and great customer service this place is a must
The cheat day fries was good the service was also kind and gentle with the food. When you enter the building it is practically alone in the building but there is some music to keep you company.

As a lover of Nashville hot chicken sandwiches, I can confidently say that this was a flop. I ordered the hot honey butter chicken sandwich mild and was very disappointed by the sauce and the chicken itself. The bun and coleslaw were good, and I enjoyed the fries and their sauce. But the chicken was really rough, and seemed to be from a worse part of the bird. For almost $18, I expect much higher quality chicken. If you’re in the Chicago area, go to Fry the Coop instead.

Flavor was decent, service was slow, price was higher than I’d pay for a second visit
The Nashville Honey chicken sandwich was great and had a good balance of sweet and heat.

Medium hot sauce was extremely vinegary. Fries had a very weird taste from whatever oil they use. Didn't jive at all with my palette.

I came to sterling food hall with my husband after reading the good reviews. The space inside is ok, but we were really disappointed with the food and service at hot chi chicken. Staff are not very polite, and don’t seem bothered to serve customers. Unfortunately, my husband also got food poisoning from the hot chicken sandwich. Sadly I could not recommend.

We had 2 of each: the mid hot chicken sandwich, fries, and pepsi. Our total was $39. The chicken was good and crispy but the sauce was an overload. Next time I order, I'll ask for light sauce and no slaw. I liked the thick pickle slice. The fries were crispy crinkle cut. The staff was fast and friendly. We went on a Friday during lunch.

Not only is the Popeyes Ain't Sh!t the best hot chicken sandwich in Chicagoland, not only are the cheat day fries the best smothered fries in Chicago, not only are the elotes top tier, not only are the milkshakes FIRE, but the owners are amazing people that give back to the local community! If you've never tried the food here, you're missing out! ONG
