This was one of the first Chinese restaurants I went to when I moved to Chicago. Absolutely delicious and the portions were plentiful.

The chicken and broccoli looks like the chicken came out of a can with gelatin and had the vegetables mixed on? Because I have no idea what this sauce is... I am only eating the rice but probably won't finish even that ...this was $10...and they only serve canned Pepsi

I'm going to keep going to Hoy Toy like family has been doing for decades. Ordered House of Bing because I didn't want to drive and was charged an extra $11 to add chicken in the shrimp fried rice. Terrible. Never again. HOY TOY WOULD NEVER!!

The host was respectful but overly assertive. I didn’t feel welcomed. Also, the dine-in and bar is closed to the public indefinitely. The crab rangoon tasted like they were fried in old grease. The sesame chicken didn’t have any “sesame” and was mooshy consistency with the sauce being bright red wth. I was scared to eat it. The vegetable fried rice was alright but only because I added chicken to it and used a lot of sweet & sour sauce on top of it. When you walk in the front door you can tell it’s gone be some bs but I wasn’t tryna to judge. $38 wasted because I threw it right in the garbage.

Heavy pours, lakeside vibes, the best bartender. Local legend and legends to be made. Don’t skip out of this classic.

Best Chinese food in the city hands down! Been coming here since I was 7 or 8. I’m almost 40 now lol. I no longer live in the city but every time I come home and come in town this is a must have on my list. This restaurant has been a part of my family for years. -Passmore

It's reasonably priced, so you get more bang for your buck. Hefty servings, you definitely will have leftovers. The food is delicious and prepared pretty quickly. I will definitely return.

The owner is very rude and disrespectful I asked one question and the man zoned out on me with that being said why would I eat there I’ve known this man for years he taught me the difference in Chinese food so I always went to 69 th an south shore dr no matter where in the Chicagoland area I lived so for him not to remember was one thing but the way his customer skills have deteriorated is just not except able no one should be spoken to in the manner he spoke to me
