As a musician who’s performed there at multiple rooms at this venue, the sound people that are hired do not do a great job. Extremely unprofessional behavior from multiple sound techs. I hope more performers there do not have to deal with bad sound, which affects the performers and the clients who come to watch.

Artists should NOT book a show at this venue if you care about quality audience/fan experience. The lack of customer service is ridiculous. There is no difference between being VIP and GA besides room you can duck off to that often aren't even being secured that well. If anything, you're going to be waiting twice as long because of how their service flow is set up. Bartenders will leave the bar unattended for 20 minutes on end. I ordered 1 single order of fries and has to wait over 40 minutes for someone to offer to bring them out to us, as we missed the opening of the show waiting on Fries. When they finally came (an additional 20 minute wait, mind you.) they were cold and stale, and clearly the bar staff is just over working there because no one cares. Being a native to this city visiting this venue not only as an audience member, but crew support for touring artists who've performed here as well, it is absolutely insane to me how dysfunctional and inconsiderate this establishment is. It's clear they're understaffed and I truly hope they figure it out because I'm actually being courteous with how much unprofessionalism I actually experienced here.

I felt like this was a really annoying venue to see live music at, especially if the show is sold out. People cram like sardines because there are a lot of things that can block your view of the stage, plus they do a lot of VIP upselling (reserving large areas of the venue for VIP ticket holders, only VIPs can re-enter the venue)

Such a beautiful place. Beware of Live Nation trying to get you to pay lots of extra fees for early entry, seats, tables, etc

I crowd surfed three times and the barricade security were so nice and asked if I was ok, they made sure that I had a great time and didn’t shade me for crowd surfing. Amazing team, everyone is so nice here and happy to be there. Solid venue but the staff should get recognition. Amazing 10/10 thank you for everything. Oct 2 2025. If you were working that night you made my experience so special. Metro, take notes
