I've been going here for the last 10 years. They only got my delivery order wrong once, but rectified quickly. It is always hot. It is always fresh. It is always taste great. Their portion sizes are big. I wish they used deveined shrimp, but I don't know if a Chinese restaurant that does. So, they got my vote.
Stopped in at Hua's Open Kitchen around 6 pm for dinner near 91st & the South Side. I ordered the large shrimp fried rice, beef with garlic sauce, and an egg roll. The portions were huge, flavors solid, everything tasted fresh—not heavy or greasy. Staff super friendly, ordering was quick, and prices are real neighborhood value. Felt chill and reliable. Will for sure come back.
No green onion or egg in the chicken fried, food is only decent nothing great to brag about, the food is hit or miss, no chicken in the orange chicken breading and the place looks very dirty
