For all that is holy and right, do not order the fish tacos. Over-priced inedible fish sticks with a few pieces of shredded cabbage over the top wrapped in soft flour tortillas.

After a 10min wait in line (behind 1 person) I was told to take a seat and a server will come by to take my food order. 15 more minutes spent waiting then an older woman with reddish hair came by and told me that it is now too late to order food. She was rude and dismissive. This ate up all of my layover time, preventing me from eating.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We sat for 15 min, waitress consistently walking by us. We finally went to the counter only to be served by a cashier that was either high or half asleep who told us we could take our to go food and sit and pointed to the two chairs where our luggage was sitting. Welp, that got the waitresses attention because that’s when she finally addressed us telling us we had to move and then argued when I told her the cashier told us we could sit here. She literally argued. The table hadn’t even been cleared or cleaned, she never addressed or acknowledged us when we needed service but us having food from the register apparently got her attention bc she wouldn’t get a tip. Offensive, dirty, slow. Would literally eat my shoe before going back to this place with such poorly trained and managed staff.

I wanted to eat before my flight. I asked about menu items due to allergies. With 30 minutes before my flight, the host/server disappears to the kitchen and doesn’t come back, it’s now 10 minutes before my flight as I watch her laugh and joke with the women in the kitchen, even looking back at me a few times, and who seemed to have been in a mood to begin with when I walked up and she ignored me while her and the man were on their phones in said kitchen. So I get to catch my flight with no food now and it’s sad, because I would have left a sizable tip and more as I’ve worked in the service industry and I am a restaurant owner. I didn’t even get to order a drink. I respect others in service industry but as a busy location I’d expect better service and actually completing service and feeding potential customers, but that’s just my opinion and experience. Better luck next time perhaps.

This place is a joke.
Not only is the staff rude and horrible at their jobs, they apparently don’t understand how a bar works.
After being avoided and ignored by the servers here my dad and I finally got our beers and even though we ordered draft they gave him a bottle (with no glass or cup) and me a plastic cup filled with my IPA($15)😂. I asked why she poured mine in a plastic cup while everyone else sitting by us had a glass pint but I think she didn’t understand me.
3 min later we were literally asked to leave the bar by some random guy because apparently we ordered our drinks “to go.” (We’re sitting at a bar drinking a beer dude, nobody ordered anything “to-go”).
I paid $15 for plastic cup of beer only to be asked to leave. Avoid this bar. Food looked like it sucked as well . 😂👍🏻✌🏻

The nachos (From which I omitted the meat) were okay, just okay. The staff was friendly. I liked the suspended artwork and aesthetic

Only go here if you want rude customer service
Incredibly rude. Tried to sit at bar to order a drink but because I wanted something without alcohol in it at 8 am they insisted I go to the other end to buy something. So I went to the other end and bought a coffee to sit down, and they refused to let me sit. They said I needed to order a $20 food item from the menu to sit there. I would not have bought the coffee had I known they would refuse to allow me to sit.

“It seems you’re correct.” That’s what the waiter said when I pointed out red ketchup under my food. The plate had not been cleaned at all, and it looked like the kitchen was putting food on top of old plates from other customers.
The restaurant was extremely understaffed, with maybe one waiter and one or two team members handling the kitchen and register while trying to serve a packed restaurant.
Even though the menu had several items, the waiter assertively told me all they had was eggs and a protein. I had no choice but to settle.
The location is unsanitary and raises serious health concerns, particularly because travelers have so few options that service and cleanliness seem to be treated as optional.

$25 for CHICKEN FINGERS! That alone should be a deal breaker. Bfast sandwich might be best bfast option in airport but this place has the worst and slowest service with the least friendly staff. If your plane takes off within the hour, avoid.

Your company markets specialty coffee on the board in airport. Yet when a customer comes in to order a cup a coffee. This woman refuses to serve coffee because I am not ordering food or alcohol. This is discrimination. Rudest customer service I have experienced. When i kindly asked for her name she refused because she knows she is going against company policy. Not to mention your company is now participating in false advertising. I was kind and polite throughout the entire interaction. She was not. I suggest this company consider their hires more carefully.

Sat down at counter. Waitress came took order of persons across from us and looked at us and said, “I’ll come around to take your order.” But she didn’t. She walked away. After 10 minutes I got up and asked if we could order. She then said, “we are switching shifts, so she will take your order” and referred to another woman. Waited 10 minutes. No one came. I got up again and asked to place an order. Still waited, then she came. Placed order. Didn’t bring a glass of ice or a straw with my drink. So I had to go get the glass of ice from the bar. They had no straws so I had to go to a different counter to get a straw. Meanwhile, the first waitress takes the order of a guy next to us! Weird. Eat food. Pay. I left no tip because I had to wait, beg, ask twice, get my own glass, straw. I waited my own table! But then the waitress said LOUDLY there is no tip on your payment. “I know” I said. She said again, “there’s no tip!” Yup. And I left. Somehow she thinks a tip is automatic. It’s not. It’s for good service. Which it wasn’t.
As for the food, it smelled weird. Bacon was off or bread stale smelling.
