The atmosphere was nice at the Christmas Inn aka Hubbard Inn, but the service was horrible. I ordered the adult Happy Meal which is specialty drink and truffle fries. I received the drink when I ask the waitress about the fries she kept saying it's coming. After 45 mins wait I was told the kitchen was closed. The employees all had a nonchalant attitude. It was a group of us and they were selective of whom they would let in. We had family come visit from Central America and they were turned away. I also feel we were being watched because My friend was looking down on her phone and a security guard across the room comes over and states they will kick you out if you are sleeping. She was not sleep, but why you watching her so intense when you were on the other side of the room. My other friend put food order in and was told the same thing, it was coming and she was never able to get her food. Service was extremely poor. My drink did not taste like it had any alcohol in it. Not somewhere I would reccomend.

We reserved a table for the Holiday and were excited to be out and downtown. We started with the bottled waters, but they were truly too small, and it was not a pitcher of water we thought it’d be. That was the first thing. Then we waited over 45 minutes for our food, as we watched others wait for their food as well. And when we finally got our food, the Coconut shrimp was burnt beyond consumption, the Garlic Knots were dry and lacked salt, and the Lobster bites weren’t enough for 2 people, let alone 1 person. We were not pleased with our experience and we understand it was the holidays, so we offered some grace to the wait staff and planned for a tip, but then there was also the 20% service charge, a $5.00 fee, and then another tip was requested on the line beneath the fees. We aren’t tourists but locals and this is exactly why we stay in the house! lol!

Went to their Christmas Brunch. This place doesn't pay attention to details. They didn't have coffee. It was 11 am. Starbucks is next door. Go buy coffee, grind it and and serve it. Geez. How do you open a restaurant at 11 for brunch and know you don't have coffee to serve to paying guests? One waitress went to the Starbucks next door and got her customer coffee. RIDICULOUS.
The virgjn hot chocolate & cider were really good, but it was served in a paper cup and not a mug. WHAT???
Chicken and waffles were ice cold. Chicken was seasoned well, but it was cold. No syrup included on the plate or the table. They drizzled a little syrup around the waffle, but none came with the dish. I brought it home to warm it up and eat it later.
Hubby had a croissant sandwich that was ice cold. Side of bacon was cold. Hash browns were luke warm. Very disappointing. The taste was fine, it was the fact that every item was COLD. Not warm, but COLD.
They call this the Christmas Inn, but it's just a bunch of decorations haphazardly thrown up with rap music playing. Why not play pop Christmas music?
Service was good. Food was cold. Buying event tickets for this is a joke. So is the service fee. We won't return.

Super fun place during the holidays. First visit and Isabella took care of us. The fried lobster bites were SO good, I would go back just for those again. Sauce that came with was fantastic.

Honest place, professional, and real good vibes
We rented the second floor space for our wedding reception in August, and the experience could not have been better. The price was reasonable, the event manager (Kayla) was very responsive, the space was set up well, the staff were attentive and provided excellent service, and the food was delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend Hubbard Inn for your private event.

Went for a paid event but the space was taken up by another private party. Was told it would be cleared shortly but it took 45 minutes for them to clear the space while we waited with others who paid for the event around the restaurant in the way of wait staff and other patrons. Wait staff was rude when we initially tried to enter the event space.

Don’t buy tickets for Hubbard Inn Christmas experience. We bought tickets for 5pm and they had the space closed off for a private event. They said the space would open up soon for us and to go use the drink tickets while we waited. The space did not open up for another 45 MINUTES! We had another reservation to get to. We were refused a refund for our $20 tickets since we used our drink tickets while waiting, but was originally told it would only be 10 minutes. We were not given the experience we paid for. This is a scam.

First time in, came for the Christmas pop up. Absolutely blown away by the service. All around, from the entrance host/hostess, the manager Andre, to the bartender Colin.. FANTASTIC service!! I myself am in the restaurant industry so i appreciate and acknowledge when staff and/or management go the extra mile… and they sure did! Aside from that, the Christmas pop up was just what i was looking for, from decor to the holiday drink menu, all amazing! I look forward to coming back again!
Thankyou Hubbard inn for your hard work, kindness and attentiveness! ❤️

Went for their holiday themed “ski lodge” on a Saturday. We paid for tickets to the themed party and that wasn’t worth anything. It’s a fun decorated location but it was super busy and I don’t know what the point of tickets were. They have these fantastic holiday themed drinks, but you could not use the tickets for them. You couldn’t even put the tickets towards those drinks which is lame. Can’t even take $1-2 off? You could get a house wine, beer, or seltzer. I was overcharged and didn’t realize it until later. Bill came to $96 for three holiday drinks and a shot. Should have been closer to $70. But they were so crowded, trying to get a bartender was a challenge. We were cramped in a small area with wrapped presents, a throne-like chair, and a big plastic snowman. I’m not sure what the point of wristbands were. There was apparently more decorations upstairs, but that was closed for a private party 🤷🏻♀️
