Ridiculously rude clerks working at the store Leave your phone behind the counter and learn what products you sell.

Squeezing their captive audience in support of shareholder satisfaction.
Good location for getting everything you need prior to your flight. They had a good selection and friendly employees ensured a speedy checkout process.
Probably if you are looking at the reviews here you have already felt the agony of this place. I just got back from France and this place should remove Euro from its name. The two girls behind the counter should be fired!! They are worthless. Nothing Euro about this place. Pastries are old and Service is poor!
Overpriced coffee and unfortunately the barista didn't know the difference between a cappuccino and a latte
Charged me $5.50 for a "double espresso" which seemed to be nescafe. Awful.
Great burger! Baaaad fries, they seem oven baked not deep fried. The worst is how slow they are. I assume I was stuck waiting for the next batch of fries to come out of the oven. Ridiculous. I makes me sad thinking about how long I had to wait. Lame.
I can't say enough about the service here as they are truly wonderful, but there are gas stations in the Australian Outback with fresher and better food. If you can't limit your purchases to something canned or bottled, don't even think of eating here as the sandwiches are Jurassic and cost nearly as much as a meal at a YVR sit down restaurant. Horrible and inexcusable!
For their bags of treats might be better to pay a little more and get something from one of the restaurants. Their pre-packaged snacks tasted stale. They should be really fresh for the prices. The cashier was very nice and helpful though.
I have asked several people while waiting for my flight who has the best coffee. I stopped by the cafe and there was a long line. Once I received my coffee I am convinced they make a awesome cup of coffee in Chicago Midway airport. The best part I even got smile from Ariana.

The worst coffee I've ever had! She steamed my milk with the coffee already mixed with the milk. She also maually poured the syrup in my coffe. Literally the most deiscusting coffee I've ever had!
Whilst waiting for our plane to come this was very close to us and handy for a quick snack and drinks i had coffee but they didnt have any English tea every other kind but not English but the kind lady who served us gave us a mug of hot water as ironically we found a tea bag in our hand luggage paid for coffee and other bits we bought no charge for hot water all the time we have been in Vancouver have found all the people polite and courteous
Espresso machine is broken. Only giving the option of a huge coffee when there are smaller cups available. Server was on cell phone through all of the transactions FaceTiming with another worker. Coffee was too hot to even carry and tried to cool it off but still badly burned my tongue with a cautious sip. Bad!!
There's a cafe. Amd popular books, a variety of magazines, chips, gum, candy, chocolate, neck pillows, ear buds, tooth brushes, t-shirts, and everything else you forgot to pack. They also carry souuvernirs because even really good people forget to buy gifts for their children or siblings. It's okay. Really, it is.
Huge store with a lot of variety and a coffee bar.
