It was that sort of energy early on that established a level of familial trust and honest feedback that we sincerely valued. Paul is the creative force and culinary genius. We’d share simple ideas or favorite flavors, and he would run with them, crafting thoughtful, nuanced dishes that reflected our history. For appetizers, he created personal nods to our lives, like mushroom satay (from my Singapore travels) and pierogi (honoring my partner's Polish roots). The desserts were also a massive highlight. They remembered a small detail we'd shared about our daily morning latte ritual and surprised us with miniature versions of matcha and espresso in tiny mugs. Selecting it as our desserts was a no brainer—it was the quintessential late-night caffeine boost for our guests. The ultimate, unforgettable surprise, however, came on the wedding day when we found handmade ceramic dachshund chopstick holders at every place setting. This tiny, intentional act wasn't just about catering; it was about being genuinely seen and cared for in meticulous, wonderful detail.

When I say Huegah can make the best custom menu tailored to you & your partner (including a vegan kimchi that was so good people thought my Korean mother made it), I mean it! Multiple guests told us that our wedding menu was the most unique, memorable and best they've tasted so far. We had a lot of specific, random ideas/requests and they were open to all of it and helped so much with the planning process! Not only are they really organized and communicative, they are super kind and warm from the very first contact. They were also very accommodating with a 2nd tasting to make sure the menu was perfect. Paul & Angie are truly a power duo and we are so grateful to them and their team for making our wedding visions come to life!
We worked with Angie and Paul of Huegah Catering for my sister-in-law's bridal shower a few months back (I've been meaning to write this review for a while!) and were absolutely blown away by the quality of the food, the beautiful presentation of each dish and the professionalism throughout the planning experience.We selected 7-8 Hors d' oeuvres and 3-4 desserts and every single one of them was perfect. The shower theme was a cocktail garden party, which I shared with Angie just so they were aware of the vibe -- I did not expect them to present the single-serve the crudités and dip in little terra cotta pots with the greenery of the vegetables sticking out the top -- it was so adorable.That attention to detail, paired with Angie being incredibly responsive to questions leading up to the event, and the rave reviews we received from guests about the food made working with Huegah a 10 out of 10 experience! Highly recommend!

Disappointing. Placed an small corporate catering order yesterday for tomorrow. When I entered the delivery details, their site stated delivery was available. I placed the order and received a confirmation. This morning I received an email that our order was cancelled. No explanation. I called the number provided on the email. The line disconnected twice while I was waiting to speak with someone. The person told me that the order was cancelled because they do not have enough staff to deliver the order and they require a 48-hour notice. I completely understand these reasons; however, their website should indicate this and not allow me to place the order. Now I have less than 24 hours to get this order placed. Poor service and communication.

Wow… Angie and Paul at Huegah were the dream team for my wedding day. We did a family style dinner and the dishes were not only delicious but were also so beautiful as if they were part of the reception decor. The charcuterie table was stunning with so much variety and the homemade mini desserts were a hit.I can’t stress enough though how important it was to have a caterer that cared not only about the food being tasty, but also that the whole night was executed seamlessly. We got married at Ovation which requires the ceremony space to get flipped to reception (incredible venue, btw). Huegah’s team managed that process and had the room transformed to perfection. We saw them meeting with their staff pre-wedding, discussing the what, how and when making sure all their servers were on the same page to deliver exceptional service during the reception. The bar tenders were fantastic, too. We didn’t have to worry about a thing other than having a great time.Thank you so much Paul, Angie, and the Huegah team for making our wedding night an absolute dream!
