The idea of this place is Genius!!! But whew! They have a LOT of work to do still. The attendants lack bedside manner and general customer service skills. I hear inappropriate conversations echo from the back as they laugh at people who are upset that they have been waiting too long. This place will not last long. I got time today. Came here for a DoorDash delivery , had excessive waiting time , to end up getting told my order was “stolen “ and picked up alreadyThose cubbies aren’t good ,anyone can open the cubbies , as they are not locked .Place smelled bad and looked not sanitized,bad food establishment !

The promo codes they send out via text message do not work and emails to them bounce. Their feedback form requires an order number. There is no way to contact them about problems placing an order. For example, they sent me a text message that said "Take $10 off your order this week. Use code: TAKE10". I tried that code several times that day and the following days. Their website just says "Unexpected error occurred!". They need to fix their website so it gives an actual error message and automatically notifies their webmaster if there is a problem, and add a way to contact them about problems. If a code has a minimum purchase requirement, the text message and error message both need to say that.

Came in there to pick up food that was "ready" because they notified me about it and the worker there said my order was mixed up and it would be out in 10 minutes. I didn't receive my food until 30 minutes later and my order was still wrong! Horrible place won't come back here ever again.

Lots of options. Quick Service. Easy to park and just go in and grab food. Perfect for option for picking up food for the fam on the way home from work.
