Ate here for the first time today and got the chicken lo mein lunch box special. Food was hot, delicious, and well-priced, and the staff were friendly. :)

Our go-to Chinese place. The food is great - amazing value for the price. The staff is always friendly and recognizes their regulars. No longer has dine in option so rely on delivery or pick up.
You get what you pay for. This isn't high quality Chinese food. It's a bunch of food for pretty a pretty cheap price. It's fine, considering that. Rice is hard and old.

The food was so good. I walked in and ordered. Everything was fresh and hot. They are in the neighborhood, so it's really easy to walk in.
I ordered the egg foo young and kung pao pork dinners, plus pot stickers. All were good, and I was very happy with the portions for the price. I just wish I'd known that there were cashews in the kung pao pork. It's difficult to see the ingredients in their online ordering options. I hope they get a real website with menu information one day. The pot sticker skins could have been thinner as well.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is difficult to get in the restaurant itself as it has a step up but I have seen the owners and or family stop everything and help a handicapped person get in...the tables aren't fancy but you get a lot to eat for the price and if you want something other than what's usual just ask for it instance I love snow peas so I ask for extra and get them...the accessibility is one reason I order delivery and the son of the owners usually delivery( no I don't like GrubHub etc they charge $10 to $15 above what would normally pay and charge the restaurant as well) It's one of the last mom and pop and family operation still left in Chicago and I love them for the care and attention they give.
Recommended dishes: Combo Egg Foo Young
