LOVE this place and low-key consider it a hidden gem. Prices are so reasonable, even after having gone up in January - lunch special is $8. Portions have shrunk some (that's to be expected when prices go up) but it's still enough food to fill you up. Occasionally they'll get something small wrong (fried rice when I asked for white), but everything I've ordered from here is tasty, which is what not only keeps me coming back, but keeps me telling my coworkers...
This food blew my mind better then i expected I wish it had a updated eat in seating I would love to eat it hot off the wok. But extremely tasty and great service, polite and quick.
I grew up eating at Hunan Spring almost 15 years ago, so I stopped by hoping to relive an old memory with a friend after coming from Bensenville. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The lady who works there was nice, but the man was very rude. He gave me the wrong items, and when I called, he hung up on me. That kind of customer service is unacceptable. Be careful with your order and double-check it. I don’t usually write reviews, but this was a horrible experience...
