I grew up eating at Hunan Spring almost 15 years ago, so I stopped by hoping to relive an old memory with a friend after coming from Bensenville. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The lady who works there was nice, but the man was very rude. He gave me the wrong items, and when I called, he hung up on me. That kind of customer service is unacceptable. Be careful with your order and double-check it. I don’t usually write reviews, but this was a horrible experience...
My kids and I have been coming here for many years now. The food is very tasty. Food is plentiful. And the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend. I've tasted other Chinese foods in the area and this is our favorite :-)
Hunan Spring is a fantastic Chinese takeout joint. The food is wonderful. It seems like a Mom & Pop shop which makes it even more appealing. We have yet to order a dish we didn’t thoroughly enjoy. It’s affordable, consistent, and a place we’ll return to again and again.
