Greetings and Salutations. I've been here thrice. The first time I ordered a large Turkey Tip combo (it was good. Tips could have used more precise cutting). I inquired at the Peach Cobbler, the employee gave it to me on the house, which was neat. The last two time's I've ordered the large Pork tips, due to a female employee (which I learned the was the manager) informed me that they're all pretty tender due to being grilled And smoked. ordered food to go with hot sauce on the side, when. I checked my order after receiving it and I was given barbecue sauce, removed the two sauces and asked if I can have the hot sauce I asked for and he said no problem. I heard some commotion in the back ,then the guy handed me a small bag in which I figured was the sauce I requested and told me thank you, but when I opened the bag he gave me to get the hot sauce I asked for it was the two barbecue sauces that I had just gave him back in exchange for hot sauce. He never changed the sauces just put the sauces that I asked him to switch in a bag so that I wouldn't see that he hadn't exchanged them. Poor Customer Service

Horribleeeeeee they sold me some over done food omg im sick to my stomach then the lady at the register had the nastiest attitude that one should have working with food not to mention instead of taking my order she stood in the back with another girl as they argued with a customer this place has really lost its way fire the whole crew and start over then not to mention the young manager is horrible and plays with the employees entirely to much

Gotta be one of the worst slabs of ribs I’ve had all year. Can’t hide behind the sauce and it was obviously rushed in the process. Tough meat and rough to eat. Do better for that price.

I love this place, but, love I 57 Smoke House, across the expressway as well. The Rib House got 4 stars for food because I had several non edible, burnt pieces at the bottom of the bucket, I purchased. It was soaked in oil and not much sauce at the bottom. But, the top pieces were meaty, sauce covered and delicious.
The cashier with the locs always have a sassy attitude this is a food spot it’s no need for the sassyness and your rushing someone to order when no one is in line but me is crazy smh learn to have patience
