Food is smacking But I drove from Milwaukee for the second time and ask for extra sauce cause they don't have enough on there after buying 2 large tips and it's not enough again after paying for extra not good customer service if you ask me they just do whatever and you'll find out when it's to late will I go back yeah but I know to check my order before I leave

This place is horrible. The customer service was hell. The older guy at the register couldn’t remember our order he kept asking us after we repeated it several times.The ribs didn’t even taste like ribs, it tasted like old meat, the bbq sauce was watered down. The fries were soggy and tasted like grease. The restaurant was old and out right dirty. Please don’t waste your time ordering from this place, they should really be shut down.

I go here from time to time for the tips.A little light on the rub but the portions are generous.It's a ma and pa joint and so yeah, sometimes they are in the middle of something in the back, so if you're in a hurry, this place might not be for you.Not the best I've had, but it's a far cry from being the worst. Very consistent, good value for the price.Oh... I do wish they would include more fries. Sometimes I'll throw a couple bucks at em to give me a bunch extra, no problem.
The service I gave a three because he's the only one serving and taking orders, so I feel that if he hired more help he will be ok. The food was great and it was plentiful and delicious.

Young lady who took out order was very rude. Food wasnt good. No BBQ flavor on our food and mild sauce. Customer service really needs to be addressed immediately. The guy who gave me my food was intoxicate & didn't remember what was ordered.Fried chicken wasn't done. I can go on and on but tonight services was the worst!!

I’ve ate from here a few months prior and I was some of the best bbq in the South Side. Today I ordered 2 large tips and I was highly disappointed. So bland that it’s comical. I want to take it back but don’t want the hassle, what a waste of 40$??♂️

Good evening!I placed an order and was told to come for pick up in 20 minutes. We showed up, no one there to serve the customers. Other costumers were there as well, knocking on the window to get their food.No response!We've got to do better! We drove for almost a half an hour to get there and pick up our order to leave for waiting over 20 minutes to be served.
