My server the girl was amazing, however Daniel was extremely rude he wasn’t that busy and for no reason talked down to me. Hope he works on it.
Terrible customer service
Place was nice and relaxing and cool good atmosphere, but the service was bad just wanted to sit and read have a few drink for my 7hr layover waitress kept giving us dirty looks trying to push us out to leave. Oven was broken couldn't order half the food on the menu

The two servers seem to be overworked. This doesn't give them the right to be rude. There is an older lady who basically through the cutlery on us. The food was acceptable however not specifically great. The owners should make an effort to hire waitresses with better customer service. Food is fine, nothing spectacular. Also no coffee on breakfast ? Will not come back.

Just ate at Ice in Terminal 3 at O’Hare airport. This may have been one of the worst airport dining experiences I have ever had, which is saying a lot. First, the place was named well as it was freezing inside. I wore a down jacket even though it was 70 outside. Second, I ordered a salad, which seemed to be premade-half wilted and browned lettuces, soggy cucumbers, etc. the service was even worse. They were understaffed but not busy. It took about 5 minutes after seating for the wait person to even come to the table. When they did, they said, “just so you know, I’m the only person here and I’m tired.” Okay. The food and drink (except for the water, which was never delivered) came very quickly (premade). I ate, drank my wine, disappointed but moving on in life. Then the wait person came and said they wanted to close me out so they could take a break. Since that moment I felt hounded to get the bill taken care of, even though I was not finished eating or drinking. Not a good experience, which is not a shock for airport dining, but still very disappointing.

Told the server that I needed to make some modifications to my meal and as she turned around her reply was “omg your special” I called her out on her comment and she continued to give me attitude. Totally unacceptable. I took my business elsewhere.
