I had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was unprofessional and unwelcoming, particularly from one staff member—a middle-aged man with a man bun—who was inattentive and unhelpful. Additionally, the Spicy Chicken Flatbread fell far below expectations in both flavor and quality. I could not eat it at all. Overall the visit was unpleasant, and I hope management addresses these issues to improve future customer experiences.

We spent like an hour waiting on food to be told at the end that they never placed our order. By that time we did not had more time to wait because we needed to board. We were not able to eat.

Only one server. Can't get my order right. Food wasn't good. Order a spicy chicken on flat bread. It wasn't spicy at all feel like I was just eat melted cheddar cheese with chicken cube.

I'm in the chicago airport in a regular bases and thought I'd give this place a try. I sat down and waited 20 minutes and no one even approached my table (the place was 25% full at most). I went up to the bar to ask if I need to order there or my table and was actively ignored. I also noticed most other patrons had to approach the bar and actively ask for things to be brought to their table. There service there is absolute trash and I won't be returning.

The food was okay, however t he issue is they only had one person working the bar and restaurant by herself. Several people complained the manager was sitting in here doing nothing and this poor employee was so swamped and had people yelling at her. She had no help and not her fault. The people sitting in the back did nothing, sitting on phones and just staring st guess. Instead of managers sitting in the back and at tables maybe they should have helped their one employee who was running the whole place by herself and making drinks on top of that. Very messed up and rude people don't eat here... the one good person was the girl killing herself to try and help customers.

The spicy chicken flatbread is literally the worst thing you’ll ever eat. It’s so disgusting I honestly think I’d rather eat the urinal cake.

The most rude bartender! I waited 30+ minutes for a drink and he had served every single man (even my friend that showed up 20 minutes after me) before me and had a FULL attitude so the entire establishment could hear when I reminded him about it. Apparently don’t order a Bloody Mary or you’ll be eating with no drink.
