Outrageously understaffed. The bartender was incredibly rude but I almost can’t even blame her considering she basically had to run the entire place with one other staff member. Bloody Mary was fine. Completely unserious establishment.

Food very bad. Service very bad. Environment OK.

Looked nice a nice place to wait for a flight. Spent 20 minutes waiting to be waited on. The staff took orders from other people who came later than I did. Pretty much ignored me. So I left. Skip it.

Extremely rude staff. Sat at bar. Staff removed previous customers dishes and trash but counter still obvious dirty but she put the menu in front of me on dirty counter. I asked if she would wipe counter down. She said when I get to it with attitude. I got up and left. She said goodbye with an attitude in her voice. I didn’t deserve that encounter. Sorry she was having a bad day. Not spending money ever at that place. She should consider a different line of work.

Only two servers were managing the restaurant so Tu knowingly they would become cold rude. But they helped me with my food request and service was quick. My sandwich was good and well done.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Nothing was good. The guy behind the bar was awful made a terrible Bloody Mary- didn’t know or try to put garnishes, super snippy, complained he didn’t actually work here and he was above it. The food was never made. He said the cook left and the order was ready and someone else got rid of it…. Now I’m on my next flight super hungry.

Completely unprofessional. I had my legs crossed on the chair and they yelled at me. And then made fun of me at the bar.

Having only one person on during prime.time is not a good thing. Bar was dirty, all tables dirty...bartender got snotty when someone asked her to clean a table.for him....good drinks though

Rude service and extremely unkempt. Showed ourselves out as quickly as we could.

I had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was unprofessional and unwelcoming, particularly from one staff member—a middle-aged man with a man bun—who was inattentive and unhelpful. Additionally, the Spicy Chicken Flatbread fell far below expectations in both flavor and quality. I could not eat it at all. Overall the visit was unpleasant, and I hope management addresses these issues to improve future customer experiences.

We spent like an hour waiting on food to be told at the end that they never placed our order. By that time we did not had more time to wait because we needed to board. We were not able to eat.

Only one server. Can't get my order right. Food wasn't good. Order a spicy chicken on flat bread. It wasn't spicy at all feel like I was just eat melted cheddar cheese with chicken cube.

Great little place that has vegan sandwich and flatbread.
