Service is Super slow.
Food is cold. Waste of many
But it’s a a Quiet, nice and clean place to stay when you are waiting your flight at the chaotic Chicago airport

Just ate at Ice in Terminal 3 at O’Hare airport. This may have been one of the worst airport dining experiences I have ever had, which is saying a lot. First, the place was named well as it was freezing inside. I wore a down jacket even though it was 70 outside. Second, I ordered a salad, which seemed to be premade-half wilted and browned lettuces, soggy cucumbers, etc. the service was even worse. They were understaffed but not busy. It took about 5 minutes after seating for the wait person to even come to the table. When they did, they said, “just so you know, I’m the only person here and I’m tired.” Okay. The food and drink (except for the water, which was never delivered) came very quickly (premade). I ate, drank my wine, disappointed but moving on in life. Then the wait person came and said they wanted to close me out so they could take a break. Since that moment I felt hounded to get the bill taken care of, even though I was not finished eating or drinking. Not a good experience, which is not a shock for airport dining, but still very disappointing.

So cold in this place, could barely enjoy my food. Waitress was outstanding. Salad was so so.
I guess ICE stands for come in and freeze.

Told the server that I needed to make some modifications to my meal and as she turned around her reply was “omg your special” I called her out on her comment and she continued to give me attitude. Totally unacceptable. I took my business elsewhere.

The bartender Danel was awesome. Felt bad because he had to deal with upset customers due to broken taps and a lack of inventory. He did the best he could and kept the liquor flowing for the patriots who were there.

This establishment is extremely racist. I am currently here on a Thursday night waiting for my flight. I sat by myself after a table was open and sat there for 45 minutes. I finally got the waitress's attention with my hand, and she said It’ll be a minute or Give me a minute and had a snotty attitude. I waited an extra 10 minutes after she told me to stay really defensively, and when she came to the table, she asked me to make an order. I told her yes, and she immediately said it would take 30 minutes to get food and drink in the kitchen. My flight was boarding in 25 minutes. I went to get food at a different establishment and returned to have a seat and wait for my flight to board and the person Who was sitting next to me the first time had their food within a 15-minutes. The service here is extremely horrible, and I do not recommend it if you are black or brown.

Been sitting at our table now for 20 minutes. Been looked at by 3 different servers but still don’t even have a menu. Now I just want to see how long can I not be served. Behind that curtain are 2 servers and yes they are so busy. Seriously 3 people in here 2 are done eating, Apparently this is not anyones section, according to the person who has begrudgingly delivered the water

Cleaning staff watch loud videos with no headphones in the corner. If you’re unlucky you’ll hear it all. They also groan and make weird noises in the corner. Happening as I write this review

Servers are rude and short with customers. When I ordered a fourth drink on a 3 hour layover, the server rudely told me I would be cut off, (this was after leaving and returning to the restaurant to use the restroom) after this drink. If there is a 4 drink limit despite how many hours you’ve been there, why not kindly let patrons know when they’re ordering?
