I got a customized Neopolitan cake and it came out beautiful and tasted delicious. It was so good that some of the guests asked me for the bakery name / website so they could buy their cakes from here. Price was reasonable and the ordering and pickup were very smooth. Highly recommend!!

This was the first time ordering from here and it did not disappoint! The ordering and picking up was very easy. There's a space you can park your car while waiting to grab your order. ICED works out of a ghost kitchen so when you walk in you either have to call the number listed in your email confirmation or follow the directions on an iPad to notify them you're there. The cake itself was perfect. We got the Spumoni and the layers inside the cake are exactly the colors of the icing on the outside. The cherry, pistachio, and chocolate flavoring tasted so delicious together. The cake wasn't overly sweet where I couldn't have more than just two bites. The amount of icing was perfect. Thank you ICED for making my parents 40th anniversary so special. Tip: the cakes are all so reasonably priced and there's so many great flavor combinations to choose from.

I am in GA and I have a student in Chicago. I needed a birthday cake for her milestone birthday and being that I could not physically deliver the cake to her myself, I set out to find a bakery that would not only make a delicious, beautiful cake, but one that would deliver as well. Iced Chicago did not disappoint. David, responded quickly and I appreciated his professionalism and expertise. He noted that the size of the cake I asked for was larger than the amount of people that I wanted to feed. Based off of his recommendation, I went with the smaller size to accommodate the number of people being fed which saved me money. David actually saved me money! I sent David a few inspiration photos and after settling on one of them, he more than met my expectations. According to my daughter, the cake was INCREDIBLE. She said it looked good and it tasted good. She was so happy and that's what I wanted most of all, especially when I could not be there to share in such a momentous occasion. Thanks, Iced Chicago!

I will not be ordering from here ever again and don’t advise anyone else to do so.P.S. This bakery is operated in a food center and isn’t even listed on the food center’s website as one of the businesses being run in the food center. I also find it a little suspicious that there’s only one bad review on both Yelp and Google, and the rest are 5 stars (2 of which just mention that the owner is hot so.. most likely from friends). Just some things to take into consideration and something I should have taken note of before ordering from here.

Thanks David for making my business meeting a "HIT" with your delicious desserts. I work with a lot of picky folks from all kinds of backgrounds/cultures and wasn't sure what to bring. Everyone loved the variety and many ask where they can order for their future events. I recommend everyone to use" Iced" when choosing sweets for your entertainment. You want be disappointed. David is very professional and easy to work with. If you give him a vision of what you want he can make it happen!Didn't take photos of everything I ordered but I do recommend Red Velvet, Carrot Cake, and Strawberry cupcakes. The lemon bars and snickerdoodle cookies was also a favorite.
