Ordered online. Ridiculous wait time with only 2 people working. They were out of pita chips and would not refund me. Plus my wrap was missing hummus, so it's 0/2 on my order.

Solid and consistent experience, the food is always fresh and healthy!
They could rotate a few ingredients or add some menu items to keep it exciting, but overall a very good option in the neighborhood.

Tried shawarma. It was not a shawarma at all. The chicken kebab was too charred and had a charred smell. The pita bread was kinda stale too. Not fresh.

Not even sure what I had, think it was the chicken shawarma plate, add EVERYTHING & garlic sauce + hot sauce. Absolute fire. So delicious!

You know I’ve been going here since it opened on Belmont. I ordered it online for the first time and it was so disappointing and upsetting. When you go in person they give you a normal portion size, I ordered online and it was clear they were totally taking advantage over it being an online order. It was tiny and not the same thing you get when you walk in. As a loyal customer it makes me not want to go back. Come on do better than that. You should get a similar portion as you do when in the store. This is how places go out of business. Correct this.

I don’t usually leave these but tonight’s fiasco must be shared. I ordered from this place tonight through ChowNow at 8:35pm. The store closed at 9pm which is fine. But my order was accepted by them and delivery was scheduled for 8:50. The delivery time passed and no food in sight. I waited until 8:54. These trackers are not always accurate. Still no delivery or call. I decided to call the store since they don’t close until 9pm. I must’ve called 10 times. Not sure why no one answered. Sure, it’s almost closing time but, technically, you’re still open until 9pm. And my issue could’ve been resolved easily there by phone. I called ChowNow. The rep was extremely helpful. I explained what happened and she went to work trying to get a refund using an alternate number for the store which was on file. Get this, the MANAGER who answered the alternate line informed the ChowNow rep that he was refusing the refund and wanted to sort it out with me. Said since they were closing they don’t accept orders after 8:30. Umm, no. Dude, just give me the refund and own up to your mistake. If you don’t accept orders after a certain time then make that distinction on your website or configure the ordering system where orders can’t be placed after 8:30 or reject the order. The store accepted my order at 8:35 and scheduled delivery. I answered the manager’s call and I informed him that I wasn’t interested in the food any longer and only wanted a refund. Do you know this guy started yelling at me?! The MANAGER of this location and even tried to argue with me so I ended the call. I wasn’t going to do that with someone I didn’t know. He called back. Yeah, straight to voicemail, crazy person. I called ChowNow back to explain this next bit of crazy-making. This rep (also very helpful) informed me that the MANAGER of this location told them they tried to deliver it but I wouldn’t respond. So the MANAGER of this location is not only combative but a huge liar. If that were true, why’d you tell the ChowNow rep that my ordered wasn’t delivered because you don’t process orders after 8:30. Rhetorical. At 9:43, nearly an hour after my order was supposed to be delivered, I received a call from their delivery guy. I told him sorry but that order was supposed to have arrived nearly an hour ago and that he could keep it. Finally, I was granted my refund. All the MANAGER had to do was take accountability for his wrong and issue me the refund. Simple. Never ordering from this place again.

I was amazed at the size of my handheld gyro sandwich and Fries for the price. I got two meals out of it. Delicious!

The food is very good - but NEVER order delivery or takeout from them. They are notoriously slow and FREQUENTLY forget to include items in the delivery order. 0/5 - the worst service I’ve ever received.
