Long wait but definitely worth the wait. Sadly most of the games were taken but it's not their fault. Rock Band 4 was the best, loved being on stage. And customer service is great along with the food tasting fantastic. Would recommend going again. With friends/family it was awesome

Brought my son here because we have been here before and had good experiences. But this time was awful first off are party was set for 4:30pm they stated due to short staff the pizza would be out at 5pm didn't come out on time, 2nd a party came in after us and got there pizza instantly. The Xbox games on the system barley works you have to signed up what the hell is a game pass for. Very disappointed ? in this place my son's did have a good time but this place need more staff Friday and Saturday are your busy days staff accordingly. Will not be coming back here again I paid 255.00 half party couldn't come due to covid-19. The manager response was we held the station for you we cook the food for you first of all the food didnot come out on time. I will be calling corporate because I felt like some of my money should have been refunded back to me Calling corporate asap. We are in the pandemic it's a shame how so many companies take advantage of you................

Man ignite is awesome and I love the atmosphere! I gotta say the customer service was great especially from the one girl who helped me with the glasses and tattoos, I believe her name was Thalie or Thalia. She was very knowledgeable about the games they offer and helped me with recommendations for food since I was starving. Everyone is friendly and helpful and I have no complaints about my visit!

The whole vibe is fun. Going with friends makes the experience more enjoyable. The games they have are pretty fun but I wish they could add some of the newer games that come out a little faster than what they do now. The food there is pretty good. The chicken tenders and the flamin hot french fries are something I get every time I go to Ignite. The shakes they have are something to enjoy.

So great. Amazing gamer atmosphere. Kids teens adults. So great to see a safe place for gamers to let loose. Pizza is tasty, mozzarella sticks were great. Milkshakes were amazing. Staff is incredibly friendly. A nice girl helped set up my young boys on pc.

Very nice. Plenty of space and game options. Reasonable prices. Food was good. The only thing I didn't like much was that when you wanted to pause your play time you have to go to the front desk and if there is a line you have to wait and your time is still running. Service was good. Will go back.

I took my son (15) and his friends - we were celebrating his birthday! The staff was nice & helpful - both game play & food is reasonably priced. There was good parking & the teens enjoyed. Definitely recommend:)
