The waitress was nice until we had to pay the bill. She was trying to tell me what I should give her as a tip & when I tipped her she wasn’t satisfied & called me rude cause it wasn’t what she wanted. Kept pressuring me for more $$ as her tip. NEVER AGAIN!!

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! The waiter/cashier was very rude. When we came in there it was only 2 customers waiting on their food. He tells us “sit down right there and I’ll be with you.” Rude as hell!! When we were finally seated, he brought us water and the cups were dirty with stuff stuck to the inside of the them. I ordered the $7 omelet and pancakes. The food didn’t taste like any other IHOP that I have been to. It was not nasty. It was so nasty that I didn’t even finish my food. The pancakes taste like they used store brand pancake mix and the omelet was over cheese sauced and had a strange aftertaste. Then when I left out I had to unlock the door because he had locked it and he seemed to be irritated by that. I don’t understand how this is a 24 hour spot and the doors are locked. Then when he came to the door to lock it, he was closing it so fast that he hit my son’s foot with the door. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

On the way to the airport we stopped here again for breakfast. Everything was perfect here. The food was good and the service was particularly friendly. When the waitress realized that we were German, there were also a few words in German. Very nice! Thank you.

Very slow service and slow getting our food. Other than that was good. Waitress was extremely nice and friendly just not in any sort of work mode. overall time between getting seated/food/paying bill/and leaving was close to 1.5 + hours.

Great service, ordering online doesn't work, food was just ok...
I placed an order for pick up, I get there inform on app that I'm here. An associate asked for my name for pickup I gave him the info. This is when I realized my order along with other orders are sitting on a plain old customer seating area bagged along with my coffee. My coffee and food where not hot nore warm. Why? cuz the location is not equipped to handle food delivery they have no heating area to keep the food. This is not only not safe but also not proper handling of customer food. I'm sure if public health where to check into this the food leaving there establishment would be considered unsafe to consume due to improper food temperature. It is the full responsibility of any food establishment to have a area to hold food that is either being picked up or delivered. 2nd on line it says buttered toast well it was toast but it seems they must be out of butter cuz I just got a plain old toast 3rd the butter milk hot cakes where given with no butter. 4th called the location to inform and of course no one answered got a recording stating all associate are busy attending to customers please hang up and try your call later 1 hr later and nothing guess I'm not considered a customer once they get your money. Now I see why there ratings are so low. Let me just say I clearly will not be ordering from this location. Profit over quality n customer service.

Gave this place two chances. Ordered food for take out and let me tell you... First time, standard classic cheese burger was great but the onion rings I ordered instead of fries inside the same container came awfully cold and extremely stale, as if I was given old, dying onion rings from the hot window that the kitchen didn't use and so instead of making a fresh order, used the gross cold and stale onion rings for my cheese burger. On top of that my milkshake, which was ordered as a medium came to me as a small. I waited by the counter to ask for a new shake seeing how I ordered a medium and got a small but as you would know it, no one cared after I paid lol
Okay whatever, I won't make a fuss. I decided to leave and to my unfortunate surprise my shake was actually just chocolate milk LOL
Okay now I would have gone back and asked for a refund but seeing how incredibly unaware the staff was the first time I was there, it would not have been worth my time.
Two months later, or today, I order the jalapeno kick burger with fries Togo. No shake. Just the burger and fries. Half way into what was a delicious burger I found a hair. A hair in my Togo box lol
Everyone this place is not worth it. It's gross. The staff does not care. The food is poorly prepared. This IHOP gives all ihops a bad name.
