I really hope that woman isn’t working there anymore, because the way she treated me affected me a lot. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I hope she gets treated the same way she treats customers with disrespect. By the way this was a year ago didn’t know that time how to leave a review

If I could give it 0 stars I would don’t waste your time going to IHOP service very slow and food terrible undercooked cold and just not good an experience waiters took forever wasn’t attentive. 0/10 do not recommend will be our last time visiting

My daughter and I (African-American) went to this location for breakfast. We arrived a little after 8:30am. First we were seated in a booth in the back of the restaurant near the bathrooms and servers station. Almost as if they expected us to dine and dash. The booth and seats were not clean. There was a dead fly on the table but we wiped it off our selves. We were hungry.
The place was not crowded so it was a surprise to us when we watched plates come out to people who came in after us. All of those people were not black. We checked our phone’s and it was almost 9:15am. Getting close to an hour for an omelette and Smokehouse meal. We got up and left without ever getting our food to our table or getting a drink.
We have been coming to this location for years. Always paid and tipped well but this interaction left a very bitter taste in our mouths. We will not come back ever again.
We are going to super The Original House of Pancakes on 103rd in Western instead!

This place says it’s open at 7am it’s 730am. People in the kitchen but the doors are locked. This place is never open on time!
Waitress was nice. This location was out of quite a few options. Half of my party couldn’t eat due to lack of options. Food was well seasoned but portions were extremely too small for the price. Waitress disappeared after we received our meal.

The entire restaurant was dirty. They only cleaned our table because we arrived but still left everything else uncleaned. Also, the restaurant was empty, just me and 3 other people, but the service took longer than it should have. It took them 6 minutes to bring me a water, and after that we just left after 12 minutes because no one came to take our order.
Best part of the restaurant was how clean the bathrooms were.

The Staff is absolutely amazing 🤩 as well as 🤗 welcoming 😃 completed with the Customer Service introduction as you are being hosted to your seat 🪑🪑😄. I ordered the Sirloin Steak 🥩😁 Tipsz this came with 🥞 🥞 which followed with a Delicious 🤤 😋 Watermelonlonade Blast 🍉 Drink.
The Steak 🥩🤔 wonderfully 😋 cooked 🧅🧅 onions grilled well seasoned, hash browns, scrambled 😀 eggs that were also cooked to perfection. The whole meal was divine. Mr. MARIO was absolutely great and very nice 👍🏾👍🏼🤍✅💪🏾💪🏻 I rate this location for both visits including both servicers a 10 out of 10 🤩 out of 10 Starsz ✨⭐⭐✨⭐✨⭐✨⭐✨
