went the other night with my sisters. the cookies were bomb and that nice black man at the register was great and super friendly to us and made the experience even better.

Dddddeeeelicious!!! My first time trying insomnia and I am very impressed. Being opened so late on top of being delicious is insane. The peanut butter cookie 10/10 it has the right amount of crisp on the edges but still soft BUT not tooo soft. I also got the caramellionaire and cookies and dream BOTH 10/10. This place hit the spot!

On 2/5/2025 at 6:30 pm I Went for my first time to this location and cashier was so rude from the moment i walked in I WILL NEVER go to this location again i was ordering my cookies and before I could finish my order the lady walk off and I tell her I want something else she starts to talk about me to her coworker in the back if she would have asked me what else I wanted I could have told her she had a very nasty attitude 0/10 experience for customers service it’s a shame I’m not sure if the mangers need to talk about customer service skill but today was so un caused for

Ordered from door dash, then after being told 30 min the cookies finally showed up cold, crunchy and not even correct. Ordered carmel sauce and got chocolate. Tried to reach out to the store no answer. Door dash finally responded and was able to issue a credit. First and last experience with Insomnia that’s for sure.

I am typically very impressed with this place. I just received my Door Dash order of cookies which is clearly marked 1 of 2 boxes. I paid for 4 cookies and 2 scoops of ice cream. The delivery driver dropped off just the cookies and when I asked him where was the ice cream, he said that there was no ice cream. I was very disappointed and I am hoping my refund is completed ASAP. There is no answer at the location on 55th street (Chicago) but I have left a v-mail message asking what happened. Signed, DISAPPOINTED 😞
