Went yesterday at 5:55pm and the doors were locked but it was people inside that I could see. Somebody sitting at the front and people walking around in back. Looked on the website and it says the places closed at 3am. So it’s fine I took my money elsewhere they clearly don’t want it closing the store during business hours. Will never return

I wasn’t gonna give a review but i didn’t like the attitude i received when calling just to make them aware of my situation. I ordered 6 cookies and one of my cookies had a short blonde piece of hair lodged inside the cookie , i called to only make them aware and ask that everyone’s hair is wrapped in a net , for them to tell me it didn’t come from there because everyone there is black, so now I’m assuming it’s a piece of cat hair or something , but I’m more disappointed that they continued to go back and forth with me instead of just apologizing!

Tried to order a few cookies from this place to show to my fiance as they haven’t eaten here before. Called 20 min after said to call them again. Called them again 20 min later and they said it should have been delivered. Shortly after they cancelled. Not a reliable place to order food.

Open 12:00 on sundays according to google . It’s 12:07pm. I really wanted a chocolate chip cookie from insomia specifically. Hopefully all the locations are not like this . Very disappointed. Do better smh

Stopped in on my way home. There were five employees in the back talking. One came out didn't say anything and walked back to back. After standing for a while my mom finally said excuse me. Someone yelled back one moment. This is the third encounter where the customer service has been poor.
I usually like these cookies but not this time. They might have been a little better if the woman behind the counter was more professional and pleasant. I won't be going back.

I ordered 3 peanut butter cookies, an M&M cookie, and an Ice Cream Cookie sandwich from the location in Hyde Park at the University of Chicago. I opened my boxes and this what they gave me. l've never seen anything like this in my life! I went back in and I asked him why would he give me these cookies???
The worker told me he didn't think giving me these cookies would be a problem because that’s all they had ready when I ordered, and that I could wait 15 minutes for a fresh batch. Like WHYYY didn’t he give me the option to wait in the first place? Thank goodness I checked my order before I drove home, because I would’ve been even more upset.
One of the cookies looks eaten and the other two aren’t even completely whole cookies. I don’t mind them being broken, but it’s the fact that I’m literally missing the equivalent to more than one cookie. I still can't believe this!
Every time I get cookies from here, there is an issue, but this takes the cake! I needed to take the time out to finally write a review! I’m literally NEVER getting cookies from here EVER again. If I could give negative -5 starts I would!

The products are fantastic..very tasty! However, the service is consistently poor. I’ve ordered here multiple times in the past month (in-person and delivery). Delivery orders are always inaccurate or missing items. In-person, staff are inattentive and do not pack orders with care (which is probably why the delivery orders are never correct). Great products. Poor service.
