These cookies are solid … but are they worth the price? Depends on how much you like cookies. I’m happy to pop in for a half dozen a few times a year. The classics are always a hit with the kids, so we’ll grab a couple dozen for family events.

Ordered cookies on a delivery platform and it was fulfilled by insomnias delivery driver. The delivery person texted me saying “I’ve arrived” but was not downstairs (we have a doorman and cameras). I called them 8 times and they picked up the phone each time only to hang up. Long story short, we didn’t receive $50 worth of cookies.
This location offered us free cookies if we’d pick them up which was nice of them so I went in to get the cookies. I was asking a few questions about their delivery process when the insomnia store manager began yelling profanities at the employee who was talking to me and also cut us both off as we were speaking.
Clearly some of the employees are good people and want to help, but store management / higher ups have no customer service standards and treat customers + their own direct reports terribly. It was honestly a really poor experience all around, but definitely more jarring to experience store reps yelling and fighting in person while being rude to me. Will not be ordering from here or going here in person again.

Date night we wanted a box of 6 cookies and taste them all as a fun activity. Quick and easy service but the cookies weren’t my favorite. Good to try them once and that’s about it. If I had to choose the vegan confetti cookie was definitely my favorite.

Great service, great cookies and ice cream. We tried a variety of cookies and they were all fresh and delicious. We also tried the Peanut Butter Insomniac Tracks and the Caramellionaire ice cream pints and they were both great. The snickerdoodle cookies paired with the Caramellionaire was soooo good. I will definitely be back again but probably not as often as I'd like cause it's a bit expensive. I got 3 pints and 12 cookies for $72 and that was sale price because the cookies were on sale.
I hear that new cookie shops are slowly opening up in Chicago.Apparently they deliver cookies here at night.I ordered some cookies and they said they were delicious, so I stopped by on my walk.The inside is small, but there is a place where you can sit and eat by the entrance window.There were cookies available for a limited time, so I ordered them. It's a cookie called strawberry jam and basil.It's expensive at $6 each, but it's so big that it feels like you're eating cake.However, I like the concept of delivering cookies at night. There are times when I really want to eat something sweet at night.

Yummy yummy cookies, nothing to complain about. I came here having to pick up cookies fast, and the service was quick to my order. I tried several different cookies (see images below), and they were all delicious. Really, just get whatever you think you’ll like most because it’ll taste good and come in a nice size. I think the deluxe cookies are worth it because they are much bigger and getting a box of 8 is great to share. The atmosphere is that late night cookie atmosphere that is not too lively and is very purple. Overall, I am happy about this experience, especially since I had a bad experience at a different location. Yummy yummy 5 Stars!
