I recently ordered online through the app which I’ve done many times before. For whatever reason the door dash driver didn’t come for over 1.5 hours. So Xavier threw in some extra cookies for a second order and Jack delivered right away at which point the first driver finally showed up upon the second delivery. I appreciate the guys helping to resolve the issue right away. Thank you!

Love insomnia cookies. Great variety. Much prefer over crumbl. Favorite is salted caramel. Always hot, and stay fresh for a few days.
Insomnia cookies are the best cookies. Especially on a late night when they are warm accompanied by a cold glass of milk! S’more cookie are my personal favorite.

I recently tried Insomnia Cookies, and while the concept is great, the execution didn't quite meet my expectations. The cookies were a bit too sweet and lacked the rich, buttery flavor I was hoping for. The delivery was prompt, and the service was friendly, but unfortunately, the taste left much to be desired. Maybe I just caught them on an off day, but I might give them another try in the future.

Drove out of my way to come to this location because online it says it was open only to see different hours posted on a printed piece of paper. Tried to call to inquire why they were closed and couldn’t speak to a live person. Disappointing but because I’m a return customer I will say I do recommend them for their cookies! Very very good
