Had some quick cocktails before seeing Teatro ZinZanni. Great selection and a super cool bar. Loved it!

We were staying at the hotel for The Chicago Horror Festival at the Faucet Theater on May 3-5,2024 and decided to give the hotel restaurant a try for dinner. The hotel gave us a 20% coupon for being Diamond ? Members. Our waitress/server was a young lady named Janessa. She was super friendly and so polite and we never ran out of drinks or refills. Our food arrived super fast and was hot and very delicious. Janessa was amazing!!!

Slow service, out of to many items. How can it take >30 minutes for 2 orders of pancakes ? ( And that was just about all they had left)

We stayed at the Cambria hotel and wanted to get a bite and a drink before watching a show. Atmosphere at the restaurant was great, however we waited 15 min for the bartender to tend to us just to give us attitude. The food was horrible at best. It’s bar food, but really bad. The $16 buffalo chicken dip was a joke. It was straight up buffalo sauce like from a Sweet Baby Rays bottle, with pieces of chicken in it. It was so liquid and far from being a ‘dip’. $15 Margherita flatbread was undercooked as the cheese wasn’t even fully melted.Drinks are okay but skip the food.

Charging stations at each seat. You order with a URL at your seat. Service was attentive. Bloody Mary was ok.

It was good, but would have been better had they included the avocado and tomato as expected on my open faced eggs benedict.

Stayed in the hotel and tried the breakfast. Staff seems to be busy with their phones, not really interested in customers. When asked what "open faced" means on eggs benedict the waiter said that he does not know. The worst was that they had ran out of bacon ?! and couldn't deliver what we ordered..
I got the pizza flatbread and two cocktails. It was bar food and nothing to write home about but the drinks were delicious and the bartender was kind and attentive
My girlfriends and I stopped here before a House of Blues concert on a recommendation. Beautiful location along the riverwalk. We were super impressed with everything. Our server Fiona was amazing! The ambiance was lovely. The music may have been a touch too loud, but overall tasteful. We loved the menu variety. Overall, the food portions were just right and very delicious. I would suggest they make the gnocchetti portion a bit larger, and the wine pour could be a bit more generous. With that being said, I would highly recommend giving them a try.

Went for drinks during happy hour. Bartender was amazing and very friendly and interactive with all guests. Nice convenient bar for hotel guests.
Had dinner here twice in the last 2 weeks food and service was good ,but the first time they were out of 60% of the items on the menu this was on a Saturday night. Second time they were out of 50% of the items on the menu this was on a Sunday night . Having a small limited menu how can you be out of this much food. With only 4 Items on the dinner menu both times we on had a choose of 2 Items or have a sandwich but if you order a burger we have no onions and we are out of soup . Very Poor Management
Food was beyond what I expected - really good! Seemed like they aren't ready for theater service that needs to dine and dash to the performance. Service could have been more attentive. But the food and drinks were great - like I said, beyond what I expected.
This restaurant is not open for lunch even though Open Table did not state that fact. I was not the only person with a reservation for Wednesday, November 28th at 12 noon. You need to update your site. Fortunately, our party of four was able to get into Petterino's just across the street. I was very disappointed and alarmed as I had to scramble to get another restaurant before our play at 2.
