We were staying at the hotel for The Chicago Horror Festival at the Faucet Theater on May 3-5,2024 and decided to give the hotel restaurant a try for dinner. The hotel gave us a 20% coupon for being Diamond ? Members. Our waitress/server was a young lady named Janessa. She was super friendly and so polite and we never ran out of drinks or refills. Our food arrived super fast and was hot and very delicious. Janessa was amazing!!!
My girlfriends and I stopped here before a House of Blues concert on a recommendation. Beautiful location along the riverwalk. We were super impressed with everything. Our server Fiona was amazing! The ambiance was lovely. The music may have been a touch too loud, but overall tasteful. We loved the menu variety. Overall, the food portions were just right and very delicious. I would suggest they make the gnocchetti portion a bit larger, and the wine pour could be a bit more generous....
Food was beyond what I expected - really good! Seemed like they aren't ready for theater service that needs to dine and dash to the performance. Service could have been more attentive. But the food and drinks were great - like I said, beyond what I expected.
