I have visited this restaurant on multiple occasions; however, during my most recent visit last night 7/12/2025. I experienced considerable discomfort. The waiter, Stavros, took an unusually long time to serve our table, which prompted us to seek assistance from other waitstaff. Furthermore, I found his greeting at the entrance to be unwelcoming and lacking in friendliness. This was particularly surprising, as I have always received better service during my previous visits.

I will start with the service, I felt that they had an attitude and wasn’t somewhat friendly. They never asked if we are there for any special occasion or anything. The waitress was nice and kept asking if everything is fine. The food was not good, for the price the taste was not what expected. The atmosphere was fine not that rooftop that to expect its on the 4th floor the power cables were visible so don’t expect a lot. When we enter the floor the bathroom doors were open and even when we left they were still open which is not a pleasant sight to see in an expensive place.
You can use the parking garage next to the building and then use the elevator to the 4th floor to the bar.

Great vibes, awesome views. Nice selection of food n drinks. Cocktails were a bit watered down but overall we had a good experience.

Last night someone got hurt by a group of people in men’s restroom and posted it on social media and tag this roof top and the restaurant employees did nothing to help the guy who was full in blood. Its not the first time employees do nothing to stop and prevent this type of situations

Very nice! The food was good. I had the shrimp tacos and mini lobster rolls. But, this watermelon mojito was the star of the show! Very refreshing!! I like that you can sit indoors in the a/c or relax outside. There is a sliding roof for rainy days. Also, our server was GREAT and attentive!

Security treated customers like garbage. Roof closes at Midnight, me and my friends wanted to take a picture together on our way out after spending a bunch of money here and they start threatening us, even following us outside threatening to fight us.
You are security, you have to not take things personally.

Loved the glass ceilings and walls so you can see through and have a view of the city. Came during the holiday season so there was cute decorations. Our server Elizabeth was nice but wouldn't say 5 star service. The food was absolutely wonderful. My table tried the wagu sliders which were super juicy and flavorful, the caprese flatbread was extra cheesey and fresh with the slices of tomato, the lamb chop lollipops I was fascinated with the yogurt sauce, and the octopus which some pieces were cooked perfectly and fell apart in your mouth however other pieces were over cooked which made it tough to eat.
We reserved an igloo last night after dinner. Bottle service is high for 1 hour of igloo time but we enjoyed ourselves despite the rain.

I went to holiday tasting fest. It was really nice. Didn't go for food but I did get tacos and fries. Fries were good. Tacos were ok. Anyway I had a great experience

The hosts were great. The dec was amazing. Our waiter/server was beyond great. The food was amazing. Truly love our waiter. I had to say it twice. I did not care for the music was very loud that we could not speak each other in igloo. The worst part was a security guard name David who came to kick us out even though we were leaving due to was closing the igloo part us "black" but he never said anything to Caucasians who were still out there matter fact he allowed them to stay while he put ALL "blacks" out. I spoke to manager about this behavior he apologize. I just feel this should not be the experience we had after spending $800.
