We had reservations for Saturday night. I highly recommend having a reservations. Your reservation is confirmed downstairs before getting access. FYI, a deposit is required while booking the reservation.
The service was great, our waitress was super pleasant and she recommended a few of her favs from the menu. The vibe was very chill. There was no actual DJ but the playlist was decent. The views of the city skyline at night were beautiful. It definitely had a lounge feel. I just know brunch time is a good time.
We kept our food order light because it was late. I had the octopus and my friend ordered the tempura roll. We also ordered the truffle fries. Please keep in mind it’s a small menu (you can checkout the menu on their website). Everything we ordered was so good!
I would for sure return when I’m back in Chicago.

The guy at the front is HORRIBLE. My reservation was 7:30 I called to tell them I was going to be 10 minutes late. He wouldn’t let me up. I paid $75 for nothing they just stole my money.

The entire experience was great from checking into our reservation on the rooftop to exit.
The hostess was inviting. Our server, Jennifer, was energetic, attentive, timely with her service. Additional wait staff were exception in there services as well. Bring out orders and collecting empty dinnerware.
The food was delicious, with amazing portion sizes. Ordered the Wagyu Beef Sliders, Steak Salad, Dragon Maki Roll, Avocado Toast Signature Black Truffle Fries, Mango Daquiri, and the Frose All Day.
The rooftop itself was beautiful. Nice crowd, perfect weather, and cool views. As a first time experience, my expectation were exceeded. I will be back.

Likely discriminatory behavior from the security. He was abrasive from initial engagement. They denied entry for a dress code however I was dressed in dress pants, white shirt with heels. The guest entering behind me were allowed in- of course they were white and not held to the same standard. The woman was wearing flat open toed sandals and a polyester dress that appeared to be of target/walmart quality. As if she was going to the beach. Very interesting behavior from the white security guard . But he’s a security guard at the end of the day, and it’s his only opportunity to exersise his self importance lol. My self and physician friends/associated who were with my group will not consider this establishment moving forward for pleasure or business.
Unfortunately, this is not an isolated experience and displays a pattern of discrimination.

Tried this place for the first time a few days ago. The food and drinks were good, but our server, Emma, was exceptional. She was patient with our table and answered all of our questions, was super prompt with service, and overall was just awesome! She had our table cracking up multiple times and was so friendly and kind. Definitely made our experience memorable.

Seriously, what kind of joke is this place? I had a damn reservation at 8, got here a little late because of traffic something that happens to anyone and they tell me “sorry, we’re full, no space.” Excuse me? Then why the hell do you charge me $25 for a reservation if you’re just gonna toss me out like nothing? The funniest part is I just checked the website and, surprise, they have plenty of slots open at 9:30, 10, and 10:30. So what’s the excuse now? Feels like a scam taking people’s money for a service you don’t even deliver. Honestly, what a trashy way to run a business.
Wait staff were pleasant but managment was trying to hard to be excludive. Drinks were good but not great. We decided to eat elsewhere.

Nice scenery. Service was weird. Our server(didn't catch her name) ignored us for much of the night. She walked past us several times and she didn't notice that we were trying to get her attention. She stopped checking on us and didn't even look at us to notice us waving. Even when she was serving the people adjacent to us, she failed to notice us waving. I had to jump out of my seat and put my hand in her face to get her attention finally. I mentioned that we had been trying to get her attention and she acknowledged that she had walked past us several times and didn't notice. We were going to get more drinks but after that treatment decided to just get the check. She dropped the check off and disappeared. My husband got tired of waiting and took our check to another server to check is out. It was our first experience at this rooftop and it was my birthday. If I am being forced to pay 21% for service I would like it to be good service. This was not good service. It was very disappointing to be treated this way. Would have rated 1 star but I gave an additional star because it was such a nice vibe otherwise.

Reservation at 8, food came out at 9-9:15. Parties larger than 6 $500+ for reservations. Cabanas were nice but close. I had the lobster roll and was underwhelmed with the tapas options. The roll was mid but one of my party ordered a steak salad and said it was really tasty.
