Loved the glass ceilings and walls so you can see through and have a view of the city. Came during the holiday season so there was cute decorations. Our server Elizabeth was nice but wouldn't say 5 star service. The food was absolutely wonderful. My table tried the wagu sliders which were super juicy and flavorful, the caprese flatbread was extra cheesey and fresh with the slices of tomato, the lamb chop lollipops I was fascinated with the yogurt sauce, and the octopus which some pieces were cooked perfectly and fell apart in your mouth however other pieces were over cooked which made it tough to eat.
We reserved an igloo last night after dinner. Bottle service is high for 1 hour of igloo time but we enjoyed ourselves despite the rain.

I went to holiday tasting fest. It was really nice. Didn't go for food but I did get tacos and fries. Fries were good. Tacos were ok. Anyway I had a great experience

The hosts were great. The dec was amazing. Our waiter/server was beyond great. The food was amazing. Truly love our waiter. I had to say it twice. I did not care for the music was very loud that we could not speak each other in igloo. The worst part was a security guard name David who came to kick us out even though we were leaving due to was closing the igloo part us "black" but he never said anything to Caucasians who were still out there matter fact he allowed them to stay while he put ALL "blacks" out. I spoke to manager about this behavior he apologize. I just feel this should not be the experience we had after spending $800.

We went for the Thanksgiving buffet meal. Don't know if they kept anything on the buffet warm, because it was all cold by the time you got back to your table. Because they had the AIR CONDITIONER on. It was below freezing on the Thanksgiving, and the had the AC blowing right on the tables. Got to enjoy my cold meal with my winter coat and gloves on. The pie selection was also sub-par. They only had pecan, pumpkin, and apple-pear. They also had Tiramisu and strawberries. That was it. No apple, no cherry, no rhubarb, no blueberry, or anything else people usually have for dessert on Thanksgiving. For over $60 per person, with drinks costing extra, I wouldn't call it worth it.

Go in and take a left to the bouncer and elevators. Right goes to the hotel. Drinks are on the pricey side but that's expected. You pay for the atmosphere which didn't deliver. We were seated at a table two steps to the bar, but the hostess was adamant we had to go through her for drinks. 8 people required bottle service, wine glasses shattered if tipped onto the table, DJ is tucked away in a corner, and there wasn't a view to see.

Godfrey was my first experience at a rooftop bar, and it did not disappoint! We went there to enjoy some drinks and take in the view. As the sun went down and darkness set in, the city began to light up, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. It felt magical seeing the twinkling lights and the skyline. It was a perfect night out!
Our experience on the rooftop was without a doubt amazing. The server Quinn took very good care of us. The chef went out of his way to make sure that my grandson had food that he loved. My family embraced the views, gazebo with the fire with joy. I am going to recommend the Godfrey Rooftop and hope to visit again.
Parking: The valet attendant was polite, and respectful of my vehicle.
Kid-friendliness: My special need grandson was embraced and was very much respected by staff.
Wow wow wow I was at the Halloween party and it was the best place to be! The organization, atmosphere and service was on top! I didn’t expect such experience! Will be ack for sure 👍

Went for happy hour during a beautiful warm Monday afternoon in October. The seats were comfortable and the atmosphere was lovely and relaxing. I enjoyed the wagu burgers and a mocktail. So glad I spent time here on my trip to Chicago.
