Let me first say I am a frequent customer to this place. It has an authentic ambiance, the food is great, the rum punch does what it’s supposed to do each and every time, and usually its a VIBE to say the least!! However, after a recent visit I have to tell you the experience has changed tremendously.The music was one dimensional ( mainly no reggae), the crowd was a bit uncouthed, rowdy and not fitting for the element. I typically don't write reviews, but we had a wonderful experience here. Food was quick and so amazing. But the customer service was top notch. Our server was so kind, and as we walked out, the guy working the door nearly ran out the door after us to Thank us and wish us a good night. You just don't get that anywhere these days. Highly recommend.
