Let me first say I am a frequent customer to this place. It has an authentic ambiance, the food is great, the rum punch does what it’s supposed to do each and every time, and usually its a VIBE to say the least!! However, after a recent visit I have to tell you the experience has changed tremendously.The music was one dimensional ( mainly no reggae), the crowd was a bit uncouthed, rowdy and not fitting for the element. It’s no shade at all because I also enjoy my urban roots. However, if urban experience is what I was expecting. I would not have chosen Irie Grill. Also, I was told you all were under construction and as a result, the menu was limited. The menu and alcohol is the MOST attractive part of the establishment. If I may say you have perfect location and a really good thing going on here. You have nailed the Caribbean cuisine and ambiance for sure. After, the experience I had the other day. I will tell you the reviews will negatively change.
