The pizza is good but sometimes they mess up the orders, gave small when asked medium, crust is thin, and sometimes they overbake. But the pizzas are good and they got variety of options and flavors available.

I’ve been a loyal customer since the restaurant first opened and have always had great experiences with both the pizza and service. I’ve never had a bad experience until tonight, and I felt it was important to share my feedback. Unfortunately, my pizza tonight was undercooked. The bread was thick, and you could clearly see that the dough was not cooked properly. I called the restaurant to express my concern, and while I appreciated the apology, I was disappointed that there was no effort to resolve the issue beyond that. Over the years, I’ve seen the price of the pizzas increase, but I’ve always been willing to pay because of the quality. However, I also noticed there are no soft drinks available now, and there is an extra charge for sauces that were previously complimentary. More concerning, though, was the overall decline in customer service. It feels like the level of attention and care that used to be a hallmark of your restaurant has diminished.I’m not one to complain often, but as someone who has loved this place for so long, I hope my feedback helps bring back the high standards you once had. The quality of the pizza and the overall customer experience made Italian express Pizza stand out, and I would love to see it return to that level. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I order a chicken tikka pizza it was not cooked properly and it was cold in the store on asking they said heater is not working idk how they're managing and the most imp part is they didn't even let me dine in even though i ordered the pizza for dine so poor management

The lasagna was an absolute letdown. It was utterly bland, with no seasoning at all, and to make matters worse, it was watery. There were no proper lasagna pasta sheets, and the white sauce was either missing or poorly made. It didn’t resemble lasagna in any way and felt like no effort was put into making it. Honestly, it was one of the most disappointing dishes I’ve had. The pizza, on the other hand, was decent and enjoyable, but it couldn’t make up for the lasagna disaster.

If you are going to close at 12:30am then change your timing to it, do not say 1am. This isn't the first time Italian Express has done this. PLEASE PUT 12:30AM AS YOUR CLOSING TIME SINCE THE KITCHEN IS CLOSED AT 12:30AM

cheese pull on the lasagna was good like I’ve never seen before but that’s it. The moment I took a bite, it was under cooked, under seasoned, Watery and bland, literally cold inside, no salt no Italian seasoning completely tasteless. I had to salt and pepper it to be able to eat. the chef needs to taste what they serve. Also, I asked for beef and the lady at the counter confirmed they have beef yet they sent out chicken lasagna. Two stars for ONLY the immaculate cheese pull. ⭐️⭐️

Ordered take out their specialty gyros pizza. Bread was thin, hard and had black burning marks from overly used pizza pan. Price went up too. Extra large pizza with tax cost’s now $34.00. Not ordering anymore again.

this message for owner of the restaurant if the coustomer like to get wings instead of 8 wings if we like we want extra like 10 wings and i was ready to pay for two wings extra but waiters told me that cooks don’t accept to make it extra why is it

I would never come back if I had to deal with Mateen every time. Neither does he know how to take an order, nor does he know how to hand over the order. Very poor customer service.
