They used the least amount of sausage possible on my pizza. Very disappointing! @71st St. near Jeffrey.

I haven't been here in over 20 years growing up I always went to the initial one on 71st off Bennett but I went here Monday September 8th ordered a medium sausage half pepperoni and an Italian beef combo sandwich got home and the pizza look like trash and pretty much everything other than the end pieces was white nothing browned not even the sausage even the sauce was different in a not so pleasing way. Italian beef pretty much the same meat dry the Italian sausage was white ate 1/2 couldn't eat anymore threw it away

I placed an order that was never delivered. I want a refund

The entrance is very small. The man at the window wasn't calling out numbers so the pizzas were sitting on the counter getting cold.

I’ve tried multiple times with this location
It’s a no either the pizza is over cooked, can’t get any service or answer to questions asked
They never send utensils nor cheese
No delivery unless you have cash
This is just bad and an huge inconvenience
Also this is the first time in my entire life that I’ve had an salty pizza

The Customer Service was horrible. It was extremely busy and the food was not ready in a timely manner. I even heard the young lady working the windows say, I ain't got time for this, you want a refund or you want to wait? directed the comment to another customer.

The pizza is sooo good but the customer support sucks and they always give spoiled ranch. If another place opened with better pizza they wouldn’t see em again.

These guys are extremely professional and I am very happy to be a customer here. Hands down the best pizza in the world! The cook here does not cook as well as the other locations so I will have to stick to the other locations. But this pizza has been around since I was a kid 60 years ago... the 71st Street location I guess they may be the best one.

I got home and began to eat my pizza and I will have to add that the pizza at the bottom of the crust and on the pizza board was a very black hard crusty stuff so I believe they may need to clean the oven. I'm forcing myself to eat this. I have decided to stop I have decided to stop
