As a customer the pizza is actually really good but the service is so bad I can’t give them more than a star. As a delivery driver I hate this place. It’s notorious for destroying my hourly wages because they take foreveeeeeer. It’s packed every day. They’re making enough money to pay for more ovens or more workers if that’s the problem. They just won’t do it

The young lady behind the glass partition was nice, doing her job as best she could. They took almost an hour to make my pizza that I had called in. I went to the window to ask and it was finally ready only she didn't tell me. Could use a little more help. Was a bit expensive as well compared to some other pizzerias.

They use to be good, very reliable. But i just ordered this pizza at 9:30 pm and it has NO SAUCE WHATSOEVER, i didn’t disclose i had any allergies to tomato sauce, this pizza is a DISGRACE to Chicago! We the people keep yall in business for the sauce if i wanted a grilled cheese i would’ve made one. Ruined my evening!

The place was unorganized, people waiting for hours. Pizza tasted different new seasoning, didn't like. Pizza was not cut evenly. A third not cut at all. Got to find another pizza joint.

this place is horrible 3 hours for a call in . 8:00 its 11:00 and I’m still here still no food girl at counter said she didn’t need Job and she don’t care to lose it , also they get paid to lie and tell you 5, 10 , 15 minutes and your food never even gets cooked
