Italian Fiesta Pizzeria

It takes forever to get pizza, had to wait a hour and a half this time just crazy

Ordered a pizza from Uber eats and when I received the pizza it was burnt. You should never send out burnt food ever highly disappointed.

The customer service was horrible I placed an order last night ,my chicken was spoiled and my pizza was overcooked and tasteless,I use to love Italian Fiesta ,they fell off big time, never again

By far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Employees were extremely unhygienic, as far as clothing and no precautions when it comes to food. The wait was almost an hour for an individual cheese pizza and when I got my food it looked picked over. The restaurant was not clean and environment seem to lack cleanliness and organization. I’d recommend elsewhere for food.

I grew up with my parents ordered here and now as a adult I do too

The lady that answers the phone is very rude and her attitude is horrible. I asked her a simple question and soon as she answered she hung up and didn’t give me a chance to order.

The pizza was just okay. Was really looking forward to that old school taste. Maybe another time.

Up until last month, the Italian fiesta on 47th was theee absolute best. My pizza was cook to perfection. But lately they pizza been so off to where I had to get a refund. The pizza is over cooked, not well prepared and the customer service suck.

Disappointed bags were not offered especially temperatures is changing to a little cooler outside. Order Italian beef too much bread not enough meat

I was working Uber eats and upon arriving the order was not ready. I will probably be a 10 minutes late as an Uber driver. I’m only allowed to wait 10 minutes after the 10 minutes. It was an additional six minutes or prior to my wait Miss sherrell/Cherl compensating me by offering me a slice of pizza. which was very kind of her and also save the customer as I was going to cancel the order due to the wait time.

I tried calling no one never answered so decided to go and place an order to find out they our close but online Says that they’re open

definitely not the same and they tell ppl 45 minutes to a hour and when you get there the pizza cold won't be coming back for a cold 30 dollar pizza

Pizza burnt and dried out no seasoning very uneven. Stop ordering from them last few years been taking advantage of the neighborhood only pizza place around and I’m done need to get consistent never know what you will get. Now we have choices spend your money with a pizza place that consistent all the time.

I have a friend that lives 3 miles away in a white neighborhood and he orders it all the time but I live 2 miles away in bronzeville and they always tell me know the pizza is cool but it’s not worth the racism
