The room was awesome and our waitress was so good! It was expensive for Greek Town but was so special! I would go back!

Upgraded Greek dining experience on Halsted Street. Pricier than the others, but more elegant, refined atmosphere. Some traditional Greek dishes but also some more innovative takes. Staff were uniformly professional and helpful.

Beautiful interior, good food, but was not blown away. A little on the pricey side, especially considering it's not on Randolph St. Server was nice, but maybe not the most helpful. A little too noisy as well.

Great place. Nice mocktail menu. Pro tip- they have free valet. Such a treat in that neighborhood.

Beautiful atmosphere for dinner. Yummy food, kind service, but portion sizes are very small ( with the exception of the fish)

Now open for lunch - we had a fantastic lunch. Excellent service and flavorful fresh food that was beautifully executed. Smoked lamb ribs appetizer, and grilled eggplant were amazing. A really fun wine list to boot. Very deep selections on Greek wine list and great by the glass options. Highly recommend

Treated absolutely horribly by who I think was your manager (jeans, white untucked shirt). Was told “time to go” while still finishing up dinner! Wild!! While waiting for uber (seems there is a repeatable gps issue at the location that mapped multiple of us to 738 North Halsted) your manager got tired of waiting and threatened to assault us if we didn't “get out now”. He charged at us in a menacing way twice (two 65 year old men one 55 year old woman). You guys were this close to a lawsuit and him to arrest. Guy not suitable for public facing job Feel free to reach out

This was our first time at Ithaki, but we will definitely be back! The space is beautiful and so relaxing. The lighting is warm and the ambiance is very welcoming. We were seated in a cozy booth and well cared for by all the staff, who were always available, but never pushy or overbearing. The food was fantastic. We had the wood grilled octopus, PEI mussels and the village salad to start. All spectacular, but the heirloom tomato's & imported Feta cheese really stood out! For entrees we had Youvetsi and Pastitio - flavorful, perfectly prepared and delicious. And the portion sizes were also perfect, generous, but not ridiculously huge. We topped off the evening with some wonderfully fresh, warm, yummy loukoumades and coffee. Ithaki has an extensive wine list, but we left that for others to discover and enjoy.

What a wonderful restaurant! The ambience is terrific, the service top notch, and the food was incredible. Our family of five tremendously enjoyed the octopus, spicy hummus spread, egg drop soup, kebob, strip steak, and so much more! We can't wait to return sometime soon!

Ithaki Estiatorio is a MUST visit for fresh authentic Greek food in Chicago. The space is beautiful and upscale, yet still warm and inviting. The food is incredible. The grilled octopus was perfectly tender and smoky, and the whole lavraki (sea bass) was a showstopper—simple, fresh, and filleted right at our table. Even classic dishes like the saganaki and avgolemono soup were elevated with super fresh ingredients. Service was fantastic and helped us pick a great Greek wine, Gordon Ramsey's favorite, Douloufakis from the island of Crete. Ithaki has instantly become my new favorite spot in Greektown. Highly recommend!

I went to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday, and I will say that the place itself is very beautiful. They offer complimentary valet service, and everyone who works there is extremely polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, that's where the compliments end. The food was underwhelming—nothing special, lacking in flavor, and served in very small portions despite the high prices. We ordered three different cocktails, and not a single one was good; we even had to return one because it was simply undrinkable. Service was also disappointing. It took over 20 minutes just to receive our appetizer. The bread that came with it was so hard it seemed like it might have been left over from the previous day. When the main courses finally arrived, they were just not delicious and definitely did not meet our expectations. Overall, the atmosphere and staff were lovely, but the food and drinks were far from worth the price. I left feeling disappointed, especially for a birthday celebration.

They have really good entrees and service. I particularly enjoyed the wine list and chicken souvlaki. A nice addition to Greektown.

Service was excellent and food was very good. The wine list was outstanding and the wine sommelier was very knowledgeable about the different types of wines! I would highly recommend this restaurant.
