Everything was great except the bathrooms were dirty and I was the first one there when they opened so I was a bit confused. Would definitely recommend otherwise. I'll go back.

Wait staff were so helpful with food restrictions, knowledgeable on the menu, and so nice!!! ambiance was dim and great, food and drinks were fantastic. They really went above and beyond to make dishes work for us and even went and got dessert from elsewhere for us because it was my boyfriends birthday but he was allergic to things in the desserts on their menu. It was really important that this dinner went well because my boyfriend does so much and booked such a great restaurant for my birthday, and Itoko definitely delivered!!! Thank you guys so much, really felt like the weekend was nailed with a dinner as nice as this one

We had a family night out in the city from the burbs (about an hour drive in, not bad). We chose Itoko based on a recommendation from a friend and the experience lived up to it.
LP took care of us understanding it was our first time, we tried a little of bit of everything family style and she gave us her thoughts and was spot-on for every recommendation. Megan came over and checked in on us throughout the dinner making sure we were having a good experience overall. We felt like they cared and took care of us.
The food was fresh and of high quality. We love sushi and they had other traditional Japanese food. All of it was flavorful. One of our kids is an extremely picky eater and he loved all of the items we ordered. One of our other kids said it was their favorite restaurant we've been too.
Finally the ambience - great neighborhood feel, and when you walk in, it feels cozy and a fun place for anyone to have a meal. It was a mix of couples and families which was great.
Overall, I highly recommend giving Itoko a try. Thank you LP and Megan for making our family dinner memorable.

Shoutout to Genesis for making tonight absolutely amazing! Wasn’t a fan of the cucumber salad, but she was so accommodating and offered to replace the dish. Fantastic service with a peaceful and modern ambiance! Also shout out to Shaina for great customer service!

Great Japanese restaurant in walking distance for us serving sushi and cooked dishes. Great front bar and overall seating arrangement. Good variety of sushi and cooked dishes for any palate. They provide an unbelievable happy hour experience from Monday - Saturday and is a must do. Starting to do more events as well. Great local place for us. Recommended

Worst experience ever. We came as 2 people, after being seated, noone has noticed us or even borther to come. We paid for parking 45 mins and ran out of parking time. The restaurant closes at 9 pm and we sat until 8:35 pm, noone came. The people who came after us, were served already. We ended up walking out. We saw high review online, so wanna give it a try despite the difficulty of parking. So disappointed.
