Worst Chilis i been to I can see they have preference when it comes to skin colored people i feel we were less treated then others because we were Hispanic I lost appetite just from feeling uncomfortable food was nasty never again coming get better workers that treat everyone equally ?

I think the apple barbecue boneless wings taste DELICIOUS. That sweetness & seasoning they have on them pair very well with the coolness & slight saltiness of blue cheese and ranch dressings. Really balanced taste compilation. I do think they need to pay more attention to the smaller details like the instructions. I've eaten hear about six or seven times, and I would say four out of those times, I was missing something that I paid extra for. The curly fries taste really good as well. I love me a good curly fry. Most restaurants don't have them except Arby's or something. The curly fries here are top notch. The wing flavors I recommend are the apple barbecue (mild & sweet), spicy pineapple teriyaki (medium, Hawaiian taste), and the honey Sriracha (medium spice) flavors. Will definitely be ordering and visiting again.

Wow! By far the worst, undercooked, fatty wings I've ever had in my life. I had to toss the meals. I wasn't about to feed that humans. Wish I had a dog, and I probably wouldn't feed it to a dog neither. God awful

Very enjoyable evening spent at Chillis with my family. Excellent customer service, clean environment, fast service and great food. I personally want to thank Allison the manager, Erica the waitress and Derrick the server for making my mother bday celebration a wonderful experience!

Ommmmygodddd just terrible wings are not properly done 1st of all then they don't put enough sauce on your wings I ordered a separate order of fries and they literally gave me like 10 fries... wings was very cold and un done very terrible they will never get my money ever Again!!!!!!!!!!!! U guys don't even deserve the 1 ⭐ I gave Ya'll ?

Horrible wings! I order medium buffalo and Terriaki wings. Th quality of their wings are like the kind you buy out of the frozen bags at ALDI. The barely put any sauce on the wings and my fries were burnt. This what I get out of supporting a Black Business

Never have had a good visit here but came back because it was handy and sometimes places change. It changed alright, it got even worse...time stamp on my phone showed the 3 times I requested our server to please bring a cup of coffee got me nowhere! I also ordered it and food through my phone, nothing worked. I left and told them they were a joke on my way out. I'll never return. I had hour 20 minutes between flights and they wasted half of it.
Didn’t even receive my order they are lazy and need to improve shouldn’t take 2hrs for food just to find out you not getting it

I started getting my food from the Calumet City location and I loved it. Lately my food has been coming from the 119th location and its NOT the same. My chicken comes not fully covered in sauce. Also, it never seem to be fresh and I live on 115th. I hope management sees this review and makes the proper adjustments.
