Amazing experience here with Beth the printers weren’t working but Beth got it working and gave all of us in the store at the time a great laughs and we had a good time getting helped by Beth
It was fast and the receptionist was so nice and very helpful.

With a waiting area full of people, all seats filled and standing room only, one of the two employees is on personal phone calls via her ear pods, not actually doing any work. Every 10 minutes or so, she'll pause her call and take a customer, but that's it. Her coworker is doing double, checking people in and processing them and is actually efficient at her job.

As soon as you walk in the door you should sign in. There is no one to tell you this or sign, the other folks waiting might tell you. If you come in in the afternoon be prepared to spend over an hour here so bring something to do.
