I had an AMAZING experience a couple of weeks ago at Accurate Biometrics!!! I walked in and needed 50 sets of fingerprints for my new job and it required an incredible amount of work which Deida handled with ease even though it ended up being complicated on multiple levels. I would like to shout out Nallely as well since she held down the fort while Deida helped me for almost 1.5 hours. Thanks team!!!

6/14/2025 Morning Clerk was very kind, polite, gracious, and patient considering she was the only one there. She provided all the necessary assistance to all present. She was able to redirect people who did not come in with all necessary documentation. I was in and out in about 30 mins. Office was pretty busy. She worked quickly and was focused all the time.

In all my years of having to do back ground checks ,today I received service beyond my expectations by technician Deida .The best ever in this field . She started out with a warm welcoming I came in around 4:30 a little late and to my surprise I was not turned a way she stopped what she was doing and made me a priority with such a pleasant attitude. I relaxed and exhaled I’m in Yes!!! Customer service was excellent she explained everything and pointed out what I missed . I have arthritis in my hands so my fingers are a little stiff , she was so gentle and gave me the time to get my fingers in place as she guided me no harsh dialogue completely professional, Deida even made me feel good about my photo . We need more of this ,I felt like giving her a hug I was so grateful for her professionalism and her ability to do her job with the type of pride that makes you smile 100 % 10 stars .
