J&J Fish And Chicken

They gave me old fish. I don’t play with my food. Food too expensive for it not to be fresh. We gotta do better. I even asked the cashier would the food be fresh and she said yes. Won’t be back.

I got some gizzards and they taste rubbery & taste like the grease is old .! I asked for it too be fried hard & it’s taste like it was re dropped in grease 0/10 I want be back …! Waste of money

the cooks don’t wash their hands and they drop food on the floor and still cook it. they re-fry chicken and they give you very little fries. the cashier is very rude and disrespectful

I ordered catfish nuggets they was on point! A little bland but they were fried to perfection. I also ordered a 8 piece leg and thigh, the total opposite horrible! Had absolutely no flavor was not crispy at all and it was dark like it had been refried in some old grease! Such a disappointment

I thought it was just a mess up the first time but to continuously be served unseasoned chicken is absurd, they just drop the chicken in flour and fry it and don't even put at least some lemon pepper on it to steer you from the fact that it isn't seasoned, just wasted money on 2 6 piece chicken wings after being sick in the bed all weekend not being able to eat n couldn't eat them cause they were terrible

Do not Uber eats or door dash at this location. The front desk is extremely rude (Tracy) lady . My food was cold and old . She hung up the phone and said oh well. What a Waste of money and food.

I Called Arab Guys Told Me To Bring The Food Back And I Did To Get To The JJs (Off Stoney Next To The Stony Food Mart) I Explain Myself And Show Him The Food.. He Then Grabs The Trey As If He Was Gonna Re drop The same Blooody Chicken I just bit .. I explain to him i'll prefer a fresh order he tell me no takes the food and says he just gone give me a refund And It was The last of My Money So Now I Don't Have Anything To Eat U til My Refund Is Issued Back To My Debit Card . Very Rude, Very Disgusting ..I Ain't NEVER Gotta Come Eat Here Again

Their food is bomb but recording my driver's licence number should not be required for additional confirmation of my online order. You requested to see the credit card and my ID, why do you need to record my license number. No other nationally recognized franchise requires that much confirmation that I am who I say I am when ordering online. If fraud is that rampant in your restaurant then maybe you need another system. So now I'm looking at you if something is out of order with my identity. I'm really more upset with myself since I actually caved and gave them my number. Btw you don't have to go through this if you can in an order or just order on spot.
