J.T.’s Genuine Sandwich Shop

I got the steak & potato sandwich and thought it was really good overall. The steak was cooked nicely and the fries inside were a fun touch, though it was a little messy to eat. The truffle mayo flavor was strong, maybe a bit too much for me. The service was quick and the staff was kind which made the experience better. I’d definitely order it again but maybe try something else next time too.

For vegetarians, the Beans & Greens Melt is was delicious! It’s so fun to see a unique veg option for once! I also had the beer battered fries that were perfectly crispy and came with a special sauce. This place was great and I’ll definitely return!

Easily one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Couldn’t even take a real photo of it because I was inhaling the sandwich immediately. Also really recommend the fresh tortilla chips and pimento cheese! The staff were super kind and the space was cute, very hip but not overly so. Would highly recommend!

Had a very tasty sandwich!

JT your sandwiches were excellent, we had the grinder, fried chicken, fried pickles, and blt… we will return!

My bltt sandwich was stacked high, the bread was wonderfully toasted, and held the toppings in well.

The fried pickles were top notch, and came with a lovely ranch dressing. The gentleman at the register seems to be the owner, and checks in with each customer by name.

The decor is charming, and looks like an 80s kids more grown up dream. It was my first time here, and I'll definitely be back!

I was really busy, so that’s why this review is late. Anyways let’s get started.

So the food. I couldn’t decide between the darn good burger and J.T’s sandwich. In the end I got the Darn Good Burger. I would definitely recommend it.

Now the service. When I went there, it seemed like there was only one person. But he was super nice.

The atmosphere was nice. Had a calm vibe to it. I (in my opinion) really liked it.

Overall 5 stars, would highly recommend going here!

Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, accessible everywhere.
