The Steak & Potato sandwich was incredible. The chocolate chip cookie was perfect. Crispy top and bottom, gooey center.

Amazing all around. Very friendly staff. Great music. And the sandwiches are perfect.

JT your sandwiches were excellent, we had the grinder, fried chicken, fried pickles, and blt… we will return!

My bltt sandwich was stacked high, the bread was wonderfully toasted, and held the toppings in well.

The fried pickles were top notch, and came with a lovely ranch dressing. The gentleman at the register seems to be the owner, and checks in with each customer by name.

The decor is charming, and looks like an 80s kids more grown up dream. It was my first time here, and I'll definitely be back!

Best fried chicken sandwich in town!

I was really busy, so that’s why this review is late. Anyways let’s get started.

So the food. I couldn’t decide between the darn good burger and J.T’s sandwich. In the end I got the Darn Good Burger. I would definitely recommend it.

Now the service. When I went there, it seemed like there was only one person. But he was super nice.

The atmosphere was nice. Had a calm vibe to it. I (in my opinion) really liked it.

Overall 5 stars, would highly recommend going here!

Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, accessible everywhere.

this is where we go when we're feeling a little off and need to have our faith in humanity restored. i mostly eat vegetarian (beans and greens xoxoxo) , but sometimes i cheat for that fried chicken sandwich. not sure what the fries sauce is made of, but i dream about it sometimes.

10 out of 10. Drove from Glenview because I heard about JT’s in Chicago magazine top 50 restaurants. We got pork tenderloin sandwich, fried chicken sandwich, and fries. Chris the owner is the man. We will definitely be back!

I have had the pork and greens and the steak and potatoes sandwiches here. Both were superb! Highly recommended! Battered fries are also excellent! Spotlessly clean inside, and the owner is friendly and welcoming.
