The service is not good and they have the nerve to charge a 15% service charge and expect you to tip at least 20%. They need to stop calling it a service charge and call it automatic gratuity and have big signs everywhere saying that we charge automatic gratuity. While the food was amazing there were a significant amount of components of my order missing. Some people in my group did not get to eat on their lunch break. This is an honest mistake that anyone can make however when I telephoned Ja’Grill to speak with a manager there were two managers present (per hostess) and neither were willing to speak with me over the phone to rectify the situation.
