It’s never super busy here when I do pop in but for some reason the service is always not pleasant. Staff were NOT approachable nor friendly from the hostess the bartender to our server everyone (staff) in the back laughing having a good time. It was NOT busy and we waited and I was never acknowledged when sitting down as I joined a few minutes after my guest.I waited a few minutes as I joined after but 10-20 minutes passed and our server kept walking by but never saying anything. Mt guest told me no one really acknowledged him just said what will you be drinking and brought out his drink. He was visiting from Savannah,Ga and wanted some jerk chicken so we decided to go here and I was very embarrassed. VERYThe hostess got upset when I tried to get her attention to get our server because no one was paying attention to us as we sat there. So my guest paid for his drink at the bar key word at the bar bc our server wasn’t coming to our table and we left.. and went to 14 parish just up the street and the atmosphere was SO DIFFERENT!!!! It was AMAZING!!

New Ownership too over ...and I use that Phrase loosely. Took the authentic Jamaican feel away. This place has went down the drain very quick. Servers and bartender were great food and everything else was horrible. Save your money and go to a real Jamaican Restaurant .
