DONT EVER GO TO THE DRIVE THRU
Suppppper slow and it was only 2 cars! Over 30 minute wait for ONE meal, inexperience and terrible service. I’ve given them multiple chances!

It was so nice the food was fresh n perfect the sprite was seltzer water n they forgot my fries but only because I decided to get fries at the last minute. Overall 10/10

The food is ok but my main complaint is the people working the drive thru seem rude or act stand offish. I've come here only a couple times and they always give me blank dead eyed expressions and just give me my food and won't say anything as though they don't want my business. I did nothing wrong and they don't seem to appreciate me as a customer. I've been experiencing a lot of unprofessional behavior from food establishments lately. I'm not sure if it's because I'm white or people just don't know how to act anymore but I'll never come here again. There are hundreds of places to eat in the Chicago area. Why should I keep coming here?

I understand the concept of “slow food,” but this experience had nothing to do with quality, it was simply poor service and lack of management.

While waiting over 20 minutes for a kids grilled cheese and hashbrowns, I watched a manager sit in the bathroom on her phone for at least 15 minutes. When she finally came out to a growing line of customers, her response was to ask, “What happened?” instead of stepping in to help.

There was no greeting, no check-ins, and no sense of urgency. At one point, I even had to assist an elderly customer with the kiosk because there was no staff available to take his order.

Meanwhile, it seemed the manager was more focused on coordinating a Wingstop order than ensuring guests were actually being served in a reasonable amount of time.

This wasn’t just slow it was completely unmanaged. I would strongly recommend reviewing camera footage and addressing both management presence and basic service standards.

3/21/26 at 3:10 pm for 1. The restaurant is completely a mess inside. I don’t know how a place that hasn’t been opened a year can even look so bad already, Bags of trash piled up in the back in view of customers, counters completely dirty oily and sticky ,
The floors were sticky from spilled soda, no wet floor signs, no effort into cleaning anything up. 2. The employees attitudes are horrible they messed up my order and refused to fix it. Slow pace in there they’re doing whatever they want. Talking loud and worried about everything but the customers and giving good service. 3. Waited over 45 mins in the drive through and not even get to the speaker to order he to go in and order because I couldn’t pull out the line. Honestly the worst experience I’ve had in a long time anywhere. The first time I came here when it opened was amazing but it’s went down hill really quickly. The employees and the management of this place will be the downfall of this location.

Service is extremely slow. Whether you go at 11pm or 10am . I went 2 times to location on Cicero Ave. The employees at this location will cause this location to close down. They don't care about urgency or the customer. At 11pm I waited 38 min in drive thru at 10 am I waited 25 minutes two cars in front of me. They need . The poor service makes me question the quality and integrity of their food.

I would highly recommend eating here. The quality and taste of the burgers is very good, their fries are better than other fast food fries, the tacos are good too. Everything about Jack in the Box just makes me want to eat here again.

Ordered a garden salad with grilled chicken and croutons on their website. Got home after picking up and the salad was missing the grilled chicken and croutons. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING.
