First time customer. Friendly staff and clean environment. Counter seating only. Fair prices for great quality food. The fries are great! I'm usually a skin on, flaccid fry lover (no jokes, please) but the fries here are crispy and thin without being overly salted. Gyros, off the spit, was generously portioned. Jack's is a solid choice for great Chicago-stand food!

Stopped in for a quick lunch break bite. Ordered a hot dog and cheese fries Never in my life have I ever had a complaint abt a hot dog until now disgusting and to top it off the cheese on my fries had a weird taste nothing was fresh fries were hard and cold hot dog bun was hard the hot dog tasted like it was sitting there all weekend. whole lunch went straight to trash. Never again what a waste of my time and money. And I’m still hungry. ?
