Placed a large order on Beyond Menu and scheduled a delivery to a sick friend on a different day. They incorrectly brought the order today, insisted I take it instead of three days from now,when I scheduled it. The person answering the phone did not take responsibility for their mistake, and spoke to me rudely. I won't be going to this business again.

Be careful if you are dark in any complexionI walked in was starred at 3 times by what looked to be the son. The the dad looked up front from back of doorway of kitchen and whom only could be the mother looked and acted as if she didn't understand after repeating my question and request 5 times. Combination fried rice and chicken wings. I immediately turned around and wrote this review

Called to place and order for pickup, and was told that they stopped taking order for pickup. Attempted to order at 7:50pm on a Friday, food is typically ready in 10 minutes, and they close at 9:30pm. Idk maybe my math is wrong but an hour and 40 minutes is sufficient time to place an order, thats local business for you.

My family used to love ordering from this place at least once every two weeks. The portions are big and the food tastes decent. The one star is for their horrible customer service. Wanted to place an order as we regularly did and no one would pick up. I just thought it was busy so I gave it a couple minutes before dialing again just to have an angry lady answer in the most rudest tone talking about why do you keep calling. I couldn't even come up with a proper response and hung up. I understand restaurants can get hectic but there is proper ways to go about asking someone to call back later or hold... Never ordering from this place again.
