I ordered 10 wings and only received 8 when I called the restaurant they out me on hold and someone in the back said I was lying. I have no reason to lie at all. I just thought that was kind of rude. But overall the wings were good as well as the fries and the miso ranch was extremely watery

OH. MY. GOD. These wings??? Absolutely amazing!!! My friend and I consider ourselves “professional” wing eaters. We rate wings on a scale from 1-10 based on the wing quality, sauce quality, ranch quality, and if the restaurant gives us wet wipes. Before trying Jail Bird, only one place has surpassed a rating of 9/10. We can now officially say we have two ratings above 9/10. If you ever are looking for delicious wings that are crispy, juicy, fall off the bone, and have amazing ranch… this is the place. Absolutely stunning. Great job.

We ordered delivery and I was not diaspointed. The wings arrived so hot, it almost felt like we were at the restaurant. I like how they didn't mix the wings with the sauce and sent a small container with the sauce instead because I got to taste the actual wing seasoning. I think the blend they used is really good. They were seasoned just right. I ordered the teriyaki sauce for my wings and I was a bit disappointed with the flavor, not to mentioned they sent it cold, right out of the fridge. The flavor was pretty generic. In fact, it reminded me of the little packets that come with the frozen vegetables stir fry bags from Aldi. The fries were a little bit over seasoned for my taste but that's not to say they were bad. They were crispy on the outside, soft in the middle and they arrived hot.
Overall, I think they are pretty good wings. I think maybe if I ask, they might warm up the sauce before sending it and then it would be just perfect.

The food was delicious! I ordered from the Lincoln Park location through UberEats and I’m surprised that the wings traveled so well! They were crispy on the outside and so juicy on the inside. I look forward to ordering again and to visit in person because of the wings were that good for delivery, then I’m sure they will be even better in person!
