Way loud, way obnoxious and way expensive... But it's a sports bar!!! It's also touristy as hell!! Wings are NOT jumbo, a beer is $11!! , but Service was decent and kind.. glad I finally tried it but definitely will not be back

While visiting Jake Melnick's has been one of my favorite places to hang out, grab a beer (Maplewood Pilsner), and a bite to eat! April was our bartender and such a joy to talk to! People like her make it a place you definitely want to go back!

Great food and ambience. Beer selection is strong. Only thing for us was our server Paul...hard to find once he had all the food orders. He did mess up one entree (rang it in wrong).

The wings really good! We tried to do the big wing deal with a group, they would not allow us to mix and match boneless and bone in.

In Chicago so I wanted to try a local place. Very surprised by the high Google ranking after my experience. Wings were very average IMO, not crispy at all with the medium buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing was very lacking in blue cheese. Guinness was a double pour but still had a foamy head. Place was packed on a Tuesday night so they definitely have a following but advertising best wings in Chicago was very misleading. Hooters is better IMO so that is not saying much.
