This bar was the perfect spot for our larger group post marathon when our runner's request was “I just want a million beers and to watch the games”. The bear claw take on the soft pretzel was iconic, fun, festive, and life changing.
Food was awful. Pulled pork was so dry. Ribs were way too salty. Food there used to be solid BBQ and wings. Service was terrible! Server was impolite, messed up the simplest drink orders and couldn't have cared less about our experience.
Cool spot. Good food. Service could be better. Ordered extra ranch and blue cheese. Didn't come till we were leaving but still got charged.
Experience here was horrendous from the food to drunk customers who they let in but not one staff member cared to address them. Aside from our waiter who checked on us..and brought us our food. Not sure what you would do here to waste your time and money on. OpenTable needs to take them off the list.
It took a long time for a waiter to attend to us, food came in pretty quick, but after that, we had a missing waiter
Daly was our server and created such a terrible experience for us. She asked us if we were ready to order, I said yes, I pulled up the menu, and she ran off. We then waited patiently another 10 min. I kept trying to wave her over, I know she saw me at one point, but continued to run off. Finally, I yelled “excuse me!” And she came and said “you don't have to yell at me” I looked at her and said “you asked if we were ready to order and ran off. Then I tried getting your attention and you wouldn't see us, so I had to get your attention somehow.” Again, she said “you don't have to yell at me.” I was so done with the attitude and the disrespect. I immediately said “give me another server.” She brought her manager, which wasn't much different. She said “what can I do for you guys?” I could tell she was the manager by the way she was dressed, so I asked her “are you the manager?” She said yes, so I told her what happened and she proved me right by saying “miscommunication. It's very loud in here.” I said “exactly. I get the miscommunication, what I don't get is the attitude and disrespect. I knew it was loud which is why I had to yell excuse me, but I was not rude.” I kept feeling people look at us, so every time I looked up, someone was looking at us, another server who was of course standing by Daly, throughout our whole entire stay. We didn't ask for much, but all I really wanted was an apology and some accountability. Neither the server nor the manager did that. Instead they both brought attitude and acted like we were the ones who were being entitled. I've dined at several restaurants and have even managed a few, and one thing I always learned to do is apologize to the customer to ease the experience as a sign of respect. Never have I ever had such an uncomfortable experience. The food was great and the drinks too, but terrible service from Daly. We paid for our bill in full and even tipped over 20%.
Favorite restaurant in Chicago! Food and service were both excellent! Smash burgers are great. Beer selection was solid as well! Service was spot on.
Wings were good, wasn't expecting the up charge for going with the flavor of the month, which the waitress never told us. Food was warm, I expected it to be hot with what they charge. Overall, I give the experience two stars.
Apps were amazing. Dessert disappointing. Beer list good. Service and kitchen slow, atmosphere great for sports watching but loud.
Out waiter seemed overwhelmed. He was pleasant, but food came out haphazardly with some entrees with appetizers, then had to wait for others to come. They did comp one entree when it came to the table after everyone else was done. Food was pretty good. The bills were messed up also and took about 30 min to figure it out. We had a table of 8 with 4 couples. Would hesitate to go back.

Fun place, but the service was slow and not all that attentive or friendly. Didn't stop me from loving the jalapeño burger.
10/10. No notes. Perfect every time. Best wings you will ever have!

The food was mediocre, although I didn't have the wings. I will say the corn bread was really good. The service was horrible, There's so many options for food in the area, I probably wouldn't go back.
