I was so disappointed. The chicken wasn’t jerk chicken and it was dry and some of it was old , they put some kind of sauce on the beans and rice and the cabbage had the weirdest taste. The plantain were horrible. I bought 2 dinners are asked for 2 extra slices of bread which cost me $1.65 only to get home and had no bread with our dinner I called the restaurant back only to be told bread didn’t come with the dinners ?who does that. That was a waste of my $40. It was awful.

The food is good but the service particularly from the lady that takes orders is undeniably the worst. She has absolutely no people skills and her phone and in person presence is extremely unpleasant.I ordered food this evening and when I went to pay for my food she looks me up and down and says she remembers me from last time and accuses me of not paying for my food. This is absolutely absurd as they don't even give you your food before you pay so how did that happen. I even went as far as showing her the deduction from my account on the said date and she then ignorantly asks me how is the money deducted from my account but not from her register. Ma'am I can't explain how your tools work or do not work for that matter but it clearly showed I paid on my end. I will NEVER step foot inside that establishment and if the owner cares about her business she will get rid of that lady immediately. She is the epitome of bad for business. As I think back I believe she was jealous and just wanted to get a rise out of me. So sad! People's mental health is severely impacted today.

This is where I've been going when I crave oxtails. Yesterday I placed an order and went and picked it up. It was ready and fresh when I got there. The lady on the phone was the same lady who gave me my order and she was so super sweet! My food was not only fresh, but it was a hearty portion and there was EXTRA oxtail gravy. We know how hard it is to get extra gravy. I got it without asking. I had a level 10 experience this time!

I was a little thrown off by the young lady taking the order.. it was almost like she was having a bad day, but she wasn't inviting at all. It was my first time there but her vibe literally made me change my order just to spend less money.
