This place was the goat.... but now it's an inconvenience... they have valet now, which causes people who don't wanna pay for it to park infront of my home.... there's nothing like getting off a 12hr shift to have to park your car a block away because the villa people wanna park at your house... they didn't think about what they're doing to the community....opened a complaint with better business bureau.... please chime in and help get this resolved

Was in town and heard this was a good spot to eat at, I was a little disappointed honestly. I spent a little over $60 buckets for two meals. The oxtails, rice and peas, macaroni, jerk salmon, and rice with gravy I guess you can call it on top.
The oxtails would have been good but the larger oxtails were tough to chew you could tell they weren’t cooked all the way, the smaller sizes were very tender though I could taste the jerk but you can tell it’s not a lot of the actual jerk flavor in the meals. The rice and peas were a hit but the macaroni was so dry.
The jerk salmon was honestly a slap in the face you tasted no jerk at all, it didn’t look good at all, didn’t taste good, the rice and gravy on top did not pair well with the salmon so overall both dishes ended up being a waste.

This is by far the WORST experience I’ve had at Jerk Villa establishments. I have been a faithful customer since before both new locations were opened. I tried the new location on 22nd and had no problem. Then I tried the new location on 79th and the experience was horrible. The service is slow. I waited over an hour before receiving my food and it was not even crowded. Also, they have the worst customer service. The attitudes are ridiculous. Employees get an attitude as soon as someone sits down for service. They are talking on the phone while taking orders and have no patience at all. It’s a shame when you run supporting local black businesses and they don’t even appreciate your dollar, but I needless to say I will not be back.

Food is always top tier here and the drinks were great i recommend the rum punch...service was good! We sat outside on the patio it was a nice day. The only downside was the music was to loud so it made it hard to talk but that's it. I highly recommend this place to visit!!!

as much as I enjoy their food, I might have to find a new jerk spot with better service. I order from here ALL the time, once or twice a week. I usually get my food delivered to me and several times… NO jerk sauce. ??? I even specify to put jerk sauce in my bag because they always forget. but I guess they ignore the instructions on the food apps.. I just got my tacos and once again no sauce like last time. one time they gave me a SLICE OF BREAD with my tacos……. I just had to drive up there just for some sauce. is it that forgettable? damn.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Jerk Villa was extremely disappointing. The customer service was poor, and I was served burnt food with no effort made to correct the issue. When I respectfully raised my concerns, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude, which only made the situation worse.
It’s truly unfortunate to experience that level of unprofessionalism, especially when you’re supporting a local black business. There was no accountability, no apology, and no attempt to make things right. With this alleged manager, Miss Wright.
I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place based on how I was treated.
The food is delicious. Always enough for two portions. Service could be better. If your order online or call in u still have to wait at least 15 minutes once u get there

I will advise anyone reading this post think secondly before you go to this place the service here is very very horrible and it is not worth the wait and the service was coming from the manager. Please do not waste your time. This is the most horrible place as far as service when I was in there, I was very disrespected by the manager and the food is overpriced and the chicken is always burnt You will be disappointed if you go to his place.

Drove a hour to try this place I’m a Jerk fan so I know good bad and alright jerk. I must say this was bad the chicken was DRY and for 22 dollars u would expect a decent amount of meat, NOPE it was like 5 pieces not big at all. The Mac and cheese boiled it’s NOT Baked the cabbage was the only thing I would eat Again. No I will not be returning yall can have it. This post isn’t to shame it’s to hopefully make it better and stop wasting people money !
