Worst customer service ever, she does not want to be there, just plain bad. Put her out of her misery and give her job to someone who wants to be there!
My boyfriend and I wanted to try something new and we checked out the online menu before we came here. We were so excited bc from the menu and previous reviews it sounded really great….. until we actually got here and walked in. First of all they only had one person working, she was a young African American girl with blonde box braids, and when my boyfriend and I walked in, her attitude was extremely rude. My boyfriend and I are an interracial couple and she seemed bothered by it. My boyfriend asked for the fruity pebbles ice cream and she said I don’t think we have that, when we clearly saw it on their menu, then he asked for the birthday cake ice cream and all she did was add the ice cream and sprinkles without the chunks of birthday cake. She very rude for no reason and made our experience unpleasant. It’s clear that something was bothering her, whatever it is needs to be fixed before you lose more customers.
What is this a desert for ants?? The jar was the size of my pinky finger for $10😂
Not much flavor, not worth it at all.
The staff was so bad, she was super rude, didn't talk with us at all, closed off acted like she hated her job! Made me feel like she was going to spit in my ice-cream!! Like if you hate being at work that much why would I like or buy the food you sale!! No Thank you.!!
Banana cream pie was divine! Been wanting to go here for ages and finally got here and it was worth it. I want to try the whole menu so will be coming back for sure.
Awesome concept and pricey for sure but I was in the mood for dessert and they were on doordash. Honestly, it tasted like it had been frozen and defrosted, kind of like a dirty freezer taste. Hard to explain but not good and won't order again. Also, I ordered jars but they came in plastic take out. Weird.
We were excited to try it, unfortunately the order via Door Dash was incorrect which wasn’t an issue, it happens. No big deal, our driver said at pickup he was told it was out of stock and to call for a refund. He warned us (in the included screenshot that the employee was rude). Calling was a mistake. The employee who answered on 17Jan 9:05pm was extremely rude, already at an “10” simply we me asking if we could get a refund or help with our order. Her reactive tone aligned exactly with what our DoorDash driver alerted us to. I stayed calm, asked for a refund or a delivery of what we ordered. She told me that she had only worked there for 1 week and then hung up on me. I don’t think it’s a great fit, I would adjust my lineup to ensure a decent customer experience 🫤 *receipt attached, $43.00 and we received 2 out of the 4 jars we ordered (we received 1 item we didn’t order).
Giving it a three because I know someone will like it. Great concept and presentation but the flavor was missing. I got the carrot cake and was woefully underwhelmed. The cake to cream ratio was spot on, but it didn’t taste like much. I liked that it wasn’t heavily sweet, but again, no significant carrot cake flavor. Would not try again.
they didn’t let us in 20 mins before closing found a tooth in my food and hair and pubes all in my food super duper bad don’t go there if you love god

This place was so cute. We took a little walk in Fulton market and ended up here. When you walk in there's no one but soon you're be greeted with a smile and the only person working there. He was absolutely so nice. We got the banana cream pie and Oreo cake jars.
The banana cream pie was my favorite and really good. It was creamy and not too sweet. I would say the cake I was expected to be moist but a little dry. We got our order other away and didn't wait long. There is no seating inside but you can just walk around and find a place to enjoy it.
Definitely will be back to try their cake pops and more of their jars flavors!
Tasty quick spot for dessert and open late. I showed up around 8pm and they were sold out of 3 of their flavors already. The desserts are delicious but definitely priced on the higher end for what you get.
We arrived at 9:30 PM, even though the listed closing time is 10:00 PM. The doors were locked, and the lady inside saw us but didn’t open the door. We drove 40 minutes to get here — closing early like that is really disappointing and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time guys!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The jars are pre-made. The cake inside the jars was dry, everything was HORRIBLE. I wish I could throw it up and gain the space back in my stomachand my money back. Save your money and appetite for desert and go elsewhere. Thank me later.
Closed an hour before time listed on google. Associate is standing with door open talking with friends. Very misleading and disappointing after driving through traffic to get here.
