Placed a order today online and went to pick up the order to see that the place is closed and has a eviction notice on the door since 8/9/24, today is 8/13/24 the place said open on the website and allowed me to put in a a order as if the place was still open.

Really wanted some banana pudding and had heard about this location. Looked them up to make sure they were open, Google maps stated they were and their website is still actively taking orders, I was excited placed my order online went to pick up the order and seen an eviction notice posted. The website took my money and I called their number with no answer. What a shameful way to run a business, close your site and update your business status. I now have to fight with my bank to get my money refunded.

I placed a catering order for an office celebration and was so excited to find this local business especially after reading the amazing reviews. Unfortunately, when I arrived to pick up the order is was not ready and they were not open. I waited outside for 45 minutes while calling for an update. I ended up leaving without our order and when I was able to contact them I was rudely informed that the time I requested the order did not work for them. I am so disappointed as we place large catering orders and I was so excited to find them and hoping we could do considerable business together in the future.

Geeze. Calling this place left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Excited to find it, I looked through their menu but there weren't any prices. I called to get prices on three items. A man answered the phone with a flat, bored tone to his voice. I brushed it off and I asked about the first item and he answered in an irritated tone. I asked for the price of the second item and he answered in that same irritated tone and he said, "I cant give you prices on the whole menu. You'll just have to come in." O had only one more item to ask about. I hung-up because of how rude he was. At this point I decided, "Forget it. That's horrible customer service. Especially for someone in a wheelchair trying to buy 60 items for a party."

I drove a long way to try this place. it's 3:40 in Thursday afternoon....Google says they're open.... the doors are locked and no one is answering the phone. it was a wasted trip....another car just pulled up. she got out her car, then got back in.... that makes two unsatisfied customers....

In the mood for dessert so I stop thru to check out their banana pudding and peach cobbler. The banana pudding was decent ngl, it came with the Nilla Wafer which I'm not mad thou. If they had those Pepperidge Farm Chessman Cookies would have taken up a notch. Still, the pudding slaps thou 8.9. The peach cobbler wasn't up to par imo, was missing something in terms of sweetness, and flavor. I tried cold and warmed it up still no change for me. 7.5. Overall the spot is cool thou. I liked the set-up it was nice inside with ample seating to enjoy your dessert 8.5.

My first time picking up pudding and cobbler and wow, the peach cobbler was superb. It is often you get a hit-and-miss of peach cobbler at restaurants versus small bake shops or cafes. This exceeded everything, the flavors of the peach cobbler with cinnamon, the crust itself, and the perfect temperature, I loved the banana pudding was tasty and filling. I will come back for the other puddings for sure. Nice place on 79th and a great place to stop in and sit for a snack while parking my divvy bike. Great ambiance, clean, but the puddings are worth the try.
